The bishop would notice the waitress coming towards him. As she does, he in particular might notice something interesting. Aside from her Hispanic appearance, there is an old rosary wrapped around her wrist. When she reaches him, she bows towards him. "Hello Father, may I take your order?"

This was an outrage. Or at least it would be, if it weren't actually a good thing. Every single other time she arrived here, there was always a high source of reiatsu somewhere in the town. To be quite honest, with the regularity of these events, she was surprised that there was a town still standing, let alone practically the same.

Carmelia walked through the Garganta that she opened, closing it behind her. As long as nothing else kept her from her task, she should only be something like twelve days late rather than thirteen. That way, she can finally get him off of her mind. For the past two weeks, that man had practically captivated her. She had heard of the phrase "absence makes the heart grow fonder", but the feelings she had about him were more some kind of sick, twisted, oddly irritatingly disgusting fascination rather than anything resembling fondness.

She floats in the background, keeping herself out of sight. Eventually, after a bit of finding her way again in some cases, she manages to find the shop that Hasunaga led her to. So, she floated up to the door, and opened it. No need for fanfare, but no need for humility either.
