I hope you don't mind me giving my ideas for the main character.

For a quirk, I would think he's a bit of a historical weapons technology buff, due to the fact that he's wearing chainmail under his jacket (which is AWESOME!!).

I would think he would wear glasses.

As for a name...how about Sean? Sean Decimal?

I don't mind at all : ) I'm glad to see people from Nexus coming with ideas.

Sean Decimal is actually a good name.
