Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
The problem with it is that nerds love to diagnose themselves with it, because it gives them an excuse for not making friends outside the internet and makes them a genius in their chosen area. These self-diagnosed folk are looked down upon with scorn and derision (it's one of the only things goons and /b/tards agree on) which spreads to other sufferers, leading to legitimately diagnosed folk being mocked as well, and all-around trivialises the disease on the internet, while in real life it's made to sound much more serious than it is by sticking it under the 'autism' umbrella.

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
I won't say I got all that but I haven't heard about it before the psychologist told me plus it annoys me that everyone belive I can't do anything because of it. Seriously they highly suggests me to go to 10th grade (Normal not necessary and only for people not thinking they could do without an extra year) and go to a high school for people with asberger where I wouldn't be able to choose anything myself. On another noteis that I hate to lie even small lies and would never lie about THAT. This I say assuming you meant that I/people saying they have asberger, say they have it for sounding smart.

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
He hasn't drawn me either.
Also, yes I do have AS. And it is a mild form of autism. Minus the 'mild'. Aspurgers is high-functioning autism. It isn't just a 'less bad/significant' version of it. NPR didn't even MENTION high-functioning autism. But Aspurgers is, technically, a spectrum of autism. It falls under the 'autism' category. People who have AS, though, do not necessarily have traits of autism in general.

We're not the Rain Man, but we can be a lot like him.
And now we can stop talking about this before the thread gets locked.

Re: ABR Discussion Thread XVI: Matters of Futures Imperfect
Well, Maple story, and Grand chase jump to mind. But they're both pretty repetitive grinders, fun at first, but the novelty wears off pretty quickly.
I would suggest Gunz: the duel. Preferably the north American version. That game never gets old.
