I will move four squares West to K15. I will then use my minor action to curse the Goblin Blackblade (Monster #8). I will then use Eldritch Blast on him.
Attack/Action Results:
Spoiler1d20+6=23 vs Reflex defense, 1d10+5=12 damage, 1d6=6
So, that's probably a hit for 18 damage (the extra +1 to hit is because he's bloodied). If that's a kill (or if he's killed later this turn, unless circumstances drastically change), I will Teleport back to N15.

"Hey! Let's try keeping them out, guys!" Rolan shouts, as he moves to I-18 to get a better view outside. Then he says a little prayer and just outside the door (on G-21) lighting crashes from the sky (REAL LIGHTENING!).
Vanguard's Lightning: Rolan gets a 19 and 14 to hit and does 6 lightning damage. If hit, they also take 3 lightning damage if they make opportunity attacks until the end of my next turn.

Thimsy makes a perception check, 1d20 6=25, to try and see just how many goblins are left, outside the bar.
He then aims carefully at Gob black blade 12 (hunters quarry), using Nimble Strike to gain his dex mod to damage, 1d20+6=16 to hit, and 1d10+1d8+4=21 for damage.
He then shifts (per the nimble strike power) to G14, and moves to J12, taking cover behind the massive stone fireplace.

I will use my minor action to curse Goblin 12, then move to M11, and attack Goblin 12 with my Eldritch Blast.

Next turn, Thimsy intends to soak his bedroll (probably with beer and blood)and use that to beat out flames, but if that doesn't produce results, he won't try for very long.
Unless the flames have spread to the roof, then you can't do all that much except run.
I didn't read your guy's sheet, so I don't know what if anything you all have that can be used similar.

You can only put out 1 square of fire per turn but its not worth it the fire spreads to fast
Concentrate on the last goblin

Thimsy uses his move and shift to get to K17, takes aim at the last Goblin (Hunter's Quarry) then uses Careful attack (an At Will) for an extra +2 to attack (1d20+8=13 to hit, 1d10+1d8=13 for damage).

The hobgoblins have been defeated, the surviving
bar patrons organize a bucket brigade from a
nearby well to quell the fire. A clearly wounded city
watch patrol arrives as the bucket brigade douses the
last flames, and they quickly try to learn what’s happening
from anyone who speaks to them.
The encounter is over there is more, maybe we can do another encounter?

I would be willing to continue, whether that means doing a module, or just a regular game.
If we do, we should probably try to schedule a block where we all try to get online, so that we can do more than 1 round every day or two.

A module will take months here lol most people where quick in this encounter

Yeah, a full blown campaign doesn't sound like a good idea, IMO. Something short would be nice.
