Well, since Lucas - sorry, Lucia - isn't around, I guess one of my few favorite characters will die a messy, painful death.

Why she threw the dagger instead of stabbing Cadugan is beyond me though.

It doesn't appear to be. He can see the details of the camp with no trouble and all. He's a ranger too, he probably has good enough a climb bonus to catch himself falling.

I actually checked the previous strips to check whether there was a hint towards the cliff's heigth, but somehow I missed that panel.

So, what's worse? Getting your windpipe crushed or getting butchered by psycopathic murderers after you fell right into their camp?

Well I'd personally go for the second, since the first implies you managed to get out of Jones way and injure her in some way.

Also, if he gets away from Jone, he will either...

A) Have a CHANCE to run

B) Die quicker as an entire camp of angry women pile on him instead of just one.

Not as far as I know. On the other hand, what is Cadugan's realtion to the Fox? Was he his son or something? If so, how would Jone see any resemblance (if that's the reason)?

If they are connected, he's not his son. Cadugan's father is that elf prince, if I remember rightly. The stupid one that fell in love with Arachne.

Alternatively, Jone has never seen a Half-Elf before, and all she sees is the long blonde hair and slightly feminine features.

Well, comparatively.... If a human like Lucas considers Cadugan to be androgynous, it'd be a reasonable assumption that a half-ORC - who had grown up around big,m burly leches in the tavern - might consider him 'girly'.

You guys are probably right that she somehow recognises her half-brother, but I think it would be funnier if Jone returns to camp and introduces the new recrut 'Lucia' to a silently irate 'Cadiga'....

I think mostly it's because strangulation kills too slowly. With her knives and swords, it's instakills. But here she got to see life seeping slowly out of the husk, and it was too much for her.

I think this is more a play between the lust for blood that the orcish god gave Jone and Jone's true nature. She goes from a killing lunatic to a caring person in seconds.

This kobold's far smarter than I expected. I'm starting to dislike her less.

And if it wasn't for "Lucia" being around and potentially in danger (depending how many of them are lesbians or bisexual in addition to being mass-murdering psychopaths), suicide would appear to be the best option. Everyone in the world bar Lucas sucks in Cadugan's opinion (or empirical evidence, rather), anyway.
