The crowd quickly turned against Pondshadow this day, their judgement quick. He was backed into a circle, and sneered at the crowd.

"I see you've made your decision. Which one of you is going to try and be my executioner tonight?"

The azure fox wearing a flight suit stepped forward.

"I can handle myself well in a fight."
"You?! C'mon Krystal, you're not even a proper Brawl char-"

She produced her staff and shot a fireball past Pondshadow's ear. He rushed in to attack, but she tripped him up with the long reach of her stave, sending him to the ground. He got up slowly, only to get a flurry of spinning blows to the face followed by a roundhouse kick to the body. Ponshadow sprung to his feet again and advanced, but Krystal slowed him down with an icy stream of frost. Taking advantage, she sumped at him and knocked him to the ground hard, and leaped up again and brought her staff hard to the ground to create a strong earth tremor which knocked him away. He got up, steaming, and charged Krystal with reckless abandon. But she was ready for him, and holding her staff like a bat, she swung for the fences and caught him on the chin full force. His eyes rolled up, and he slumped to the ground unconscious. Krystal stood the new trophy up and dusted it off.

"Who says we're always damsels in distress, hmm?"

Later, Master Hand came to pick up his trophy, and there was a roar from the crowd as the Villains' sigil was once again on the front.

Amazing win, although FF 8 had the coolest vehicles (the jet was kick awesome.), it also had the angstiest main charecter.

He doesn't appear to be very good at it.

Mewtwo concentrated, and stretched forth his hand. Atreyu the Masked Llama suddenly started trying to dance, and doing rather poorly owing to having four feet to coordinate.

"What did you do?"

Made him think he was in an unexpected genre change mini-game. Specifically a DDR based one.

After some more flailing around, the Llama keels over and turns into trophy.

"I didn't think that would work."

It's all in the mind.

In the morning, the heroes found Atreyu and Happyturtle's trophies in camp back from their misadventures. Soon Master Hand came to claim them, throwing two badges at the crowd. Niether of them were plain Nintendo badges, but it wasn't good news.
