Tygerlilly jumps up and down, Oh, Oh, I can do that! It’ll be great fun! She immediately starts climbing on the wicker dragon.

Kalrin searches through the pouches and finds: 3 clear crystals, 4 miniature cloaks, and 10 gold pieces. He recognizes the items as spell components, but they’re not on his spell list.

Gneiss takes a good look around. There is a thin shaft of light overhead dimly outlining the courtyard. Broken cobblestone streets run in several directions and ruined walls sag threateningly toward the streets. When he looks up, there are two giant pots suspended in mid air above him. He can guess that they were the pot and pulley system they sabotaged on another level of the city. The draconians were likely trying to figure out how to fix it.

Tygerlilly reaches the large metal plate on the dragon’s chest and she raps it with her knuckles, it makes a nice ringing sound. Ohhhh, that’s cool, I wonder how it’s attached. She starts trying to figure it out, she probably wants to carry it off.

Kalrin inspects the wicker dragon with Tygerlilly. It towers over them and the inside is hollow. When Kalrin shines his light inside there is a lot of empty space. Tygerlilly is a bit disappointed. The gong is too big for her to carry around easily and there’s nothing else of interest.

Pearl walks over to the door north of the wicker dragon and opens it. The space inside is small and there are remains of a desk in one corner. In the other corner there are 3 figures, wings folded flat against their backs, tossing something on the floor. They aren’t paying much attention to the door. In the corner with the remains of the desk there is a single short figure bound head to toe. His eyes glitter in the light with suppressed energy above the gag binding his mouth. One draconian says to the others with a laugh, ”All right boys, let’s see who gets a change of diet tonight.” They face away from the door and begin throwing something small against the wall.

Out in the courtyard there is no one else in sight.

Pearl carefully puts down her bow and lantern, but she accidently jars it against the doorway. One of the draconians turns around from their game at the unexpected sound, Hey! He doesn’t have enough time to pick up his weapon before Pearl charges. There’s barely enough space inside the small room as she gets between the enemy and their intended dinner. The others turn as she almost cuts down one of them. The door slowly swings shut behind her, cutting off the light from the lantern.

Hector comes running when she charges into the room. He flings open the door and takes a step inside and to one side so he isn’t blocking the door. The door will close again if he doesn’t stop it.

These draconians resemble the robed one you already killed.

Hector has one foot in the door as he stabs at the first draconian. The point finds a way past the robes and into the creature’s ribs. He roughly yanks out his weapon out of the draconian.

Kalrin follows and keeps the door open, letting in the feeble light from the lantern and from above.

Bryce yells his war cry and joins Hector and Pearl inside the small room. He slashes at the same one that Hector attacked and deals the final blow. The scaly flesh shrivels and crumbles from its bones and the bones explode in a cloud of dust. (For those w/in 10 ft of D1 - dam: 2, reflex save DC 14 for dam: 1)

Pearl kills her opponent as well, the flesh shrivels off his bones as the robes collapse around him. Dust explodes outwards as the bones explode, sending shrapnel outwards (For those w/in 10 ft of D2 - dam: 4, reflex save DC 14 for dam: 2)

Not sure what the rest of you are doing for now.

Tygerlilly bounces forward and follows Kalrin. At the door she looks around him and her eyes widen. Oh, he looks like the exploding kind!

There’s only one draconian left. He attempts to defensively cast a spell, but he loses his concentration and the spell fizzles.

The hostage on the floor is watching all of the action with wide eyes. He looks like he’d love to help if he could, but the draconians wrapped him up to tightly and he’s having trouble escaping. He tries to duck the explosion, but he has no where to go.

He shifts his dagger to his main hand, keenly feeling the lack of his sword - still embedded in his last foe as he rushes toward the next fight. By the time he ducks past Kalrin into the room, the 'clank-when-they-walk' group have trapped the last remaining draconian against the far wall. The Kender hops up and down and Tygerlilly greets him with an enthusiastic hug. Hi everyone, I’m Hugon Barker, it’s so great to see you all. I really wasn’t interested in being dinner! I came here through a smelly swamp, very icky if I do say so. Then I found this fascinating cave and just had to explore and I climbed down a giant chain and then they tied me up and wanted to eat me for dinner! He greets Tygerlilly with an enthusiastic hug in return, and an exchange of belongings as they ‘handle’ each others belongings in the process. Both of them promptly sit down to discuss this and more. ((He’ll answer any questions you have.))

    Hector

When he notes the hostage was a second kender, Hector groans and steps back. "It's a miracle you weren't eaten by the dragon already."

He gave a kick in the pile of dust that had been his adversary, wishing he could deal with another draconian rather than with the kender. "I miss Vleric already."

Really? Eaten by a dragon? There's a dragon down here? Where? I thought there were just these weird guys with wings. Well, maybe I don't want to be eaten by a dragon, after all, the exploding guys wanted to eat me and I'd rather not be eaten by anyone. He pats himself down to reassure himself that he is all in one piece.

Tygerlilly pipes up, You miss Vleric? Why? He wasn't any fun at all!
