I'd prefer 3, with summoning allowed, though I could be persuaded to change my mind. + All Day, of course.

Arena dimensions is fine with me.

Wait, so we have 2 tier 3s vs two tier 2+'s, one of whom is a minionmancer?
Definitely no summoning during the buff rounds. We're probably outmatched as it is.
Otherwise, I'm fine with all days and three buff rounds.
Now, let's come to some agreements. Are we familiar with our teammate and their capabilities? Are we together during the all day buff period? Can we buff our teammate during the buff rounds? Where are the legal starting areas? Is it only the top two rows and bottom two rows, or are we going with more than that?
Also, I'd like for there to be third party LoS, if possible. Normally I'd volunteer for this, but I'm a player this time, so yeah...Editor and playtester for Legend.

I concur on buff durations. Those sound fair.
3 rounds, all day buffs, no summoning in buff rounds. Summoning after buff rounds end is fine, but those are handled using standard actions in the initiative sequence.
Definition of all-day is 12+ hours.
Per previous ToS precedent, buffs lasting exactly 12 hours will start at 1 minute remaining.
Position vote:
Claudius and Rahl start anywhere on Row 1 or 2.
Myself and Olo start anywhere on Row 25 or 26.
Familiarity/Buff vote:
Teammate familiarity sounds ok to me.
Buff rounds may not be used to buff teammate, though regular actions in combat may.
LOS Vote:

All that sounds fine to me. I'd really like 3rd party LoS for this match. With a map this big, where you don't start with LoS, it can be difficult to establish LoS without giving away your position. I'll proceed without it if it takes too long or isn't coming, though. How long are we going to wait before we just go without it?

I can cast spells like Haste and Freedom of Movement on you if we end up not attacking them in a given round. I can communicate with you via Telepathy, but you don't have anything like that IIRC. What languages do you speak? I know Common, Halfling, Elven, Dwarven, and Draconic. SpoilerWe'll probably want to keep LOS to each other, but not stick too close (AoE and such). What communication modes do you have, for IC coordination? The big key in team matches is synergy, so the big goal is backing each other up. My character is built to be a good support character, so hopefully synergy is in our favor. I'll try to help you do what you do better.

Well, you fought this guy and checked him. He's been screwed by grapple and mind control, although the mind control has been mostly dealt with after some items were shuffled. I can have Freedom of Movement on myself for 1 round per day, so that would be particularly helpful if I need to do more than escape a grapple or do it more than once. Otherwise, non-enhancement bonuses to strength, straight boosts to attack/damage, greater than 20% miss chance would be great. I can fairly reliably stun a target for 1 round and unleash major damage with a full attack or maneuvers. I have my own flight at 60' and decent saves but my AC sucks, I mostly rely on 15 rounds/day of Blur for that. Oh, and I know Common and Draconic.

Just a heads up: I'll be unable to post from 4:15 to ~6:00 pm server time. After that I'll be free for the rest of the day, provided nothing extraordinary comes up. Hopefully we can have LoS by the time I am back.

Anyone trying to detect me through True Seeing or See Invisibility or similar effects must make a CL check (DC 23) or they can't find me with that spell. Check once for each spell. I also have DC 29 Nondetection up.
Also, they may have to make spot checks to find me. Don't forget the possibly significant distance penalties on these.

I also have greater invisibility active.

Mindsight beats Nondetection. It's not a detect spell or divination effect. Mind Blank would probably beat it, and I doubt it could penetrate an AMF. Otherwise, it's pretty hard to get around.Editor and playtester for Legend.
