All right. She walks off towards the changing room, and changes into a training outfit.

She eventually walks back out, and she's in training clothes, and her hair's magically in a French Braid. Good enough? she asks.

How long can you run for?

I honestly have no idea. I usually catch what I'm chasing before I run out of breath. she offhandedly remarks.

I'm going to get you to run laps until you really feel you can't run anymore, okay?

Okay, then. she says. Then she starts running.

And a bit more...she's in good shape, by the way. No sitting around on the internet for her.

Meidani will wait until she truly can't run anymore, although she's quite impressed already.

Eventually, she gets tired, and hungry, and thirst, because she uses up all the calories. Y'know, 'hitting the wall'. After that, she tries running a bit more, but she's too tired. Okay...I think...I'm...done.she says, breathing heavily.

That's an impressive amount of stamina. I don't think I'll need to train you in that, so I can go straight to combat training.

First...

Meidani gets some recovery-type food and drink for Helen. Eat and drink. You'll want to walk around some to cool down as well.

Thank you. she manages to say. She then grabs the drink and chugs it all down, then eats the recovery food, while walking, as was suggested.

I'm ready enough. she says after a bit to cool down and re-energize. What first?

Right. Show me how you'd stand if you had to fight, please.

Urgh. Deadtime for dinner.

Well...first, I'd get a sword...and point it at them.She acts that part out.
Sorry, I haven't been in many fights.

I can teach you how to fight unarmed.

The most important thing is the stance. If you've got a good stance, you have more options, and you're harder to knock off balance.

She goes into a fighting stance. Like this. I'll tell you what adjustments you need to make.

Okay, thanks! She follows the directions back to her room, still in the training outfit. Oh, shoot. I forgot to get her changed. Nevermind that...she's going to be painting anyway. Can't ruin her pretty dress.

In her dull, blank room, she's singing very beautifully while painting her room. Right now, she's covering it all in a coat of white. Then...most of it yellow, then, after drying, she'll paint some green and orange.

Astrid bored heads into the kitchen and starts to cook, a lot of food. She is baking bread, cooking a roast, making a delicious looking salad and throwing together some sort of dessert.
