It is of the Dragon type and has 18 intelligence. The Kobold is also of the Dragon type, but has only 14 intelligence.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the Red Dragon's scales are all glowy and glittery. As a Sorcerer, you can probably tell that it has Scintillating Scales up.

Also, make a knowledge (Arcana) check to learn about it.

Edit2: Yeah, it can't charge you at all, with the obstructions in the way. Instead, it moves southeastish, going up as it moves, then flies over the trees in the middle and dives at you, ending its move in U9-X12 unless you are in column Z, in which case it ends in V9-Y12.

You're thinking of Blindsight. Blindsense is a bit less useful.

GoI's wording is indeed pretty wonky, but it literally says that "spells already in effect when the globe is cast" are not affected. Technically, all spells are cast before they enter its area, even instantaneous spells. It seems the age of the spell is the big issue.

Characters are supposed to be flat-footed until they act, but this is often ignored or forgotten in ToS matches. It's not explicitly a rule, but it seems like a common practice. This would mean that as long as I keep dazing you, you never become un-flat-footed.

You still fail your save even with Wings of Cover's +4 bonus and you are still dazed, so the impact is minimal.

Actions: The Kobold casts Greater Dispel Magic on you.

Further actions depend on results of GDM.

Edit: Wings of cover may actually be very helpful right now. Until we get a ruling, I will allow you to cast it, and act as if neither of us are flat footed.

The Globe was mostly to keep Wings of Cover, Mirror Image and Freedom of Movement from working. I'm surprised I managed to forget about it after encountering two of the three reasons I cast it.
