You see Jericho crackle with even more lightning than usual and some wind beginning to circle around him as he focuses the power of storm in his mind.

Seeing the guards ahead of her, and having no way to defend herself, Jisse hides behind hew new found companions hoping that they would be able to at least clear a path through to some form of weapon, if not remove the problem altogether...

DJDizzy, you could have made a standard action. Just thought I'd point it out.
The guards can't react before Adrin and Bellena throw themselves(or bear) at the enemy. One guard cries out as the spirit bear slashes him while the other dodges Adrin's awkward pounce.
H10-Guard: 6 damage
The guards draw their swords and advance on the party.
Two guards attack the spirit bear, but to no avail. Adrin can't dodge the solider sweep of his sword but the arrow is off target.
Adrin: 6 damage

The guard lets out a cry as the beer rips out a large chunk out of his chest. He falls to the ground, dead in a pool of his own blood. The guard near the bear frantically retreats and hits a small button near the far door. A wailing alarm, probably of magical origin, rings throughout the prison. Adrin rips into the guard near him in the confusion.

The guard by Adrin shoves him off and tries to counter attack with his sword. The archer let's fly another arrow at Adrin. The arrow catches Adrin the the flank while the sword cuts deeply into him. He collapses to the ground, unconscious. (0 hp)

Back in the main lobby, suddenly a piercing wailing rings out. The guard you were talking to swears and says, "Some prisoners are out. Come on! We need to end this quickly!" Without waiting for you he runs for the door, opens it and takes off down the hall towards the nearest guard station (the one where the party is fighting.)
The adviser draws his sword and says, "Well, it looks like we can solve this latter. Let's be off."
(you will enter initiative next round when you come through the door.)
Now it is the party's turn.

Well I can't argue with a natural twenty.
You expertly slip through the combat and arrive at the chest. It is not locked and upon opening it you find all of your gear as well as Bellna's and Jericho's.
Go ahead and add your items back.
I'm going to assume King Tius is still sick until he says otherwise.

The guard sees the casters undefended and charges them. The two guards by the bear attack it, hoping to remove the angry spirit.
While one of the guards misses, the other stabs his sword deep into the bear banishing it back to the spirit world. The guard attacking bellna doesn't get a good swing and the dwarf dodges.
Bellna - 5 damage (from bear dying)
Orry you enter now and can take your action. However, the guard and the adviser also enter with you. (your the pinkish outline)

The adviser quickly surveys the room. Drawing his sword, he yells out, "Cease this immediately! You are under arrest for attempted jail break and murder! If you do not comply, we will use lethal force."

Having managed to get to the chests unnoticed, Jisse removes her own items from the chest, and - unable to help herself - anything else small, shiny and potentially valuable - for later inspection.
Once she was re-acquainted with her possessions, she returns to help her new companions in the fight, leaping towards the guard who had gotten through to Bellena. Once getting closer to Bellena and Jericho, she calls out to them Our stuff is in those chests over there - most of it anyway

The bear mauls the guard causing him to stumble from the pain. Orry's surprise attack catches the adviser unaware and kills one of the guards.
The adviser yells out in surprise, "Kill the traitor, arrest the others!" Him and the two guards surrounding Orry strike at him. The adviser lands a devastating blow while the guard next to Orry lands a solid strike as well.
The guard that got hit by the bear lashes out at Jisse, striking her.
At the end of the hall four more guards come through the door to reinforce their bedraggled companions.
Jisse - 8 damage

(Just posting so you can resolve my action when my turn comes.)
Orry is heavily wounded by the attacks, bleeding profusely from two deep wounds. Time to get serious.
Minor Action: Longtooth Shifting.
Standard Action: Second Wind.
Move Action: Shift 1 square to the right.
Longtooth Shifting grants him regeneration 2 while bloodied and a +2 damage bonus until the end of the encounter. Second Wind lets him heal 6 HP and gives him +2 to all defenses until the start of his next turn. He now has 20 AC and 13 HP.

Bellna seems to be thoroughly enjoying herself in all this mayhem. She raises her hands to the ceiling and lets out a loud chant.
"Hear me, Ancestors! Lend these fellow miscreants your blessing!"
She finishes the chant with her (characteristic) chuckle.
OOG: Healing wise, I'm just going to toss out the healing spell and let you two decide who wants it. Since Orly has his regen and his second wind, I'm not sure if he wants to use it. In either case, whoever DOESN'T use it gets 1d6 hit points back for being next to my bear.

I'm going to assume Orry uses it as he needs it the most
Orry shifts away from the guards and tries to catch his breath before the guards attack again.
Despite the guard being on his last leg, Bellna, Jisse, and Jerico all miss. One of the guards comes down and flanks Jisse while the guards at the end of the hall charge.
One guards manages to get through Jisse's defenses while the adviser beats his way through Orry's.
The gaurds charge up the hall but in their haste, only one arrow finds it's mark.
Jisse - 8 damage, marked by the guard above you
Orry - Gain 6 (from healing surge) then 10 damage = total damage of 4
Also you are marked by the adviser
Jericho - 6 damage

Getting surrounded, Jisse is no longer able to control her mounting fears and starts to slip, her teeth and claws growing slightly, and her arms and legs growing slightly thicker. She wheels around and strikes out at the guard attacking from behind

Orry finds himself with his back to a wall but at least they can't get behind him now. He lands one hit and braces for the counterattack.
Jisse's frantic strike misses but as the guard tries to take advantage of her opening he finds her blade impaling him. He slumps to the floor dead.
Meanwhile Bellna and Jericho franticly try to storm the tide of soldiers from the behind.
Jericho - you fail to dodge both the sword and the arrow that come at you
13 damage and marked by the soldier in front of you
Jisse - though you manage to bring down the guard behind you the other one runs you through from behind before you can turn. 16 damage and you are unconscious.
Orry - you manage to block the soldiers swing but the adviser is too quick. You are only held up by the sword sticking through your chest. As your life blood runs out, the adviser looks at you with a sneer. 11 damage and unconscious.
Circle signifies unconscious.
As of now only Jericho and Bellna are on their feet, the rest of the party lies dying. The adviser calls out once more, "I will still show you mercy if you surrender now! This is your final warning."
