The chisel, hammer, and tweezers would be the results of the Craft charm Words-as-Workshop Method, which lets you create anything short of magical and/or exotic materials they need to create something. It's in Oadenol's Codex.

Also, let me add another thing, if whoever decides to do it wants to add this. Ten and Karen (and if you decide to just have another Infernal as the groom, Misho) about to stage a dramatic rescue.

Misho just calls the name of the spell in "English" here (Stormwind Rider, obviously), but it's probably supposed to be in Old Realm. It's the same when he uses God-Forged Champion of War, Flight of the Brilliant Raptor, or when Nemen Yi uses Travel Without Distance

Actually, after looking through my copy of MoEP: Infernals, this is not true.

I quote.

As such, if you tried to have a willing marriage, I'd give you even more Limit for trying to loophole the Ebon Dragon. Sorry.

On the other hand, the scenario I have the idea for (and which I wouldn't be unhappy if someone drew a picture of) would be a Limit-reducing bonanza.

I mean, the groom would be triggering off (if he had put work into this beforehand):

Best Enemy Recognition (if he put work into developing a rivalry towards either Misho or Ten first- I mean, he's just kidnapped their teammate [at the very least, more if Misho's her Solar Mate, which is my theory] and is marching her up the aisle)

Infernal Genius Declaration (how do you think they knew where to find him? Plus, he's probably done some long monologuing to Marena by now, anyway)

If he put the backwork into this, that's HALF of the possible listed Acts Of Villainy. I'd say he'd get quite a few brownie points from the Yozis for that.

MoEP:I was written "from the yozi point of view". They spend great length explaining how evil you can be with your Infernal Powers, but if you consider how it works mechanically, it's quite neutral (relatively... Adjorani Charms will kill things. No hard feelings though).

But the Ebon Dragon's the one who is happy when you do this- therefore, his personal touch is important.

Basically, I see Infernals as working best as villains who almost parody traditional card-carrying villains, and the whole Torment mechanic encourages this as well.

Working easier as villains. You can be a hero and act like this : see Jarod from the Pretender : he's a Fiend that traps his enemies in a situation echoing their past doing, monologue them at the end, and continuously try to marry Miss Parker willingly or not (with a small difference : he doesn't want to be the groom so it doesn't work, but the similitude is quite interesting)
