I really wish that you could use the Engineer as a combat class. I don't want to build a nest, I want to help my team and contribute to the fight by attacking, and not by sitting in the same spot waiting for the round to end.

Quick-build buildings that are limited in other ways seem like a pretty solid option.

I have no idea. I just figure that the weeks post-update will be a great time to farm soldier and demo achievements.

Preferably, a quick-start sentry that doesn't take forever to build would be nice. Drawback is that the sentry has capped upper limit. It never gets to be as strong as a level three.

You sort of can. Viaduct is good practice for it too, because there are bushes which are juuuuust big enough to hide a level 1 sentry in. You just have to put your sentry in weird places, get a dispenser and teleport up somewhere useful and then run around shooting people.

So, Im 1 scrap off crafting a hat and I find an item. I think "Woo! Now to craft a hat!" The item I found was the piss rag.

Hey, this way, next time you find an item, if the hat you make is crap, you can craft it with that.

Think of it this way: if you craft a sucky hat with your metal, then craft it with the piss rag and get a good one, it's exactly the same as if you just crafted a good one and didn't get the other drop, 'cause that was random.

In related news: why are the sniper hats all so sucky? Trophy Belt is a nice idea but it has to actually, y'know, be visible.

I think I found why they're mostly rubbish though: it's really hard to think of hats for the Sniper.

Ehh, I don't like it as it makes the sniper even more visible. Besides you can see the trophy belt when you get the nice zoom in after he headshots you.

Onasuma: I refuse to idle. I don't really get the point of it. Yes I'm a bit miffed that I don't have Gunboats, Pain Train, Dalokh's Bar and Homewrecker, but I don't really care that much. I'll get them in the end.

Lurker: Okay, it's hilarious on the Medic, I just prefer the aesthetics of the mirror and facemask. Some of the colours on the Pickelhaube seem off to me.
