I believe one of the usual criteria is that the person posting the new thread shall have posted on the last page of the old thread, so as to not just anyone can come in and snipe the creation of the new thread. There's also some thread lag buffer type thing that prevents someone from posting a new thread if they've posted a thread recently.

I'll second the motion that Raven's Cry start the new thread.


Now I'll just wait til one of the RB thread creator veterans show up and tell me I'm wrong.
