There are streetwise people who lean good, you know. None of my (current) characters would really know their way around the city's underworld, but other people have such characters.

Of course the actual mafia in Inside was completely destroyed sometime back, so whatever black market exists now is much less organized than it used to be. Which is both an advantage and disadvantage, of course.

There's nothing in the OP about it, so I'd conclude there isn't one.
Also, might I ask everyone in the Black Wounds plot to slow down a bit so that the WATCHTOWER people can catch up?

There is, however, a link to AMEN's wiki. While that never mentions a potion room specifically, it does support the "ever-changing base" theory. Also, seeing as AMEN's OP hasn't been editied in about a year, there's been plenty of room for change.

There has been, but to my knowledge, there has been no IC mention of creating a potion room. No IC mention of a henchman - who I think were brought by Gordon and weren't there before - making potions either.

Eh. That worked when AMEN didn't do anything with the outside world, but now it does, I'm going to request that changes, for the purposes of fairness. None of the other organisations can snap their fingers and have a potions room.
