I think it was a spelling error in a thread in the RPG forum On whether you'd serve in heaven or reign in hell. Vael then joked about it and her response was "You mean there'll be alcoholic bears if I go to heaven?

They're humerous, and characters are recognizable as themselves, but they're not very deep. Though the psuedo-Super-Sayin look he got every time he picked up an Icha-Icha book was funny.

The lotus fails on it's first use. The Chidori kills the wrong person. Naruto's Rasengan doesn't exactly kill his target...

Well, that's sort of the point. Chronological use isn't as important as the first use the audience witnesses in this case.

Chidori and Raikiri are essentially the same technique. The former got renamed to latter when Kakashi reputedly cut a lightning bolt in half with it.

Raikiri is a much more finely controlled chidori, and is stronger and better. They are different techniques.

Is Rasengan different then Grea Ball Rasengan? Depends on your POV. Same goes for Chidori. Narutopedia on Raikiri:

The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue.

Technically it's just a more advanced variant of Chidori (specifically, an S-ranked version as opposed to Chidori's A-rank). Honestly, the only difference seems to be that the Lightning Cutter is the same but better.
