The 9th...his player has been AWOL a long time.

But, most likely, if Cecilia does gun for the Third Espada, she'll most likely do it in stealth. It's not good management for a city if you see your leader go and try and murder another leader in your neighbor city.

If Cecilia does start gunning for third place, then she could definitely count on Caiphus' help. I'm sure that he would love getting the chance to fight on Cecilia's behalf; He hasn't had a good fight in decades.

Haven't had much to celebrate recently, but this is as good a time as any!" The bowl contains several poker chips while the bottle contains some relatively high-quality sake.

"Nice to see you, Masaru, Ryouichi. It's been a while, Sigint. And of course, Yuuki." Taiki smiles to each one in turn as he sets his things on the table. Following that, Taiki seems to almost materialize two decks of cards and places them on the table. "I guess some minor sleight of hand tricks are good for something."
