Re: Masa's Massively Masterful Message Medium - Random Banter #146
Okay. Bear in mind I am not entirely sure, but I believe I just inhaled an apple cinnamon cheerio.
What I'm scared of is that I'm more worried about the act I am uncertain of something I should be able to discern, rather than that I may have unchewed cereal somewhere inside me.

Re: Masa's Massively Masterful Message Medium - Random Banter #146
Well, I was sitting eating cheerios, and I may have inhaled and/or swallowed whole a cheerio.
Near as I can tell, I half inhaled, but managed to not choke and rather just swalloed it.
Either way, cheerios are abrasive when not chewed, though less painful than corn chips.

I think I started my faux smilies there. I miss TwoBit.
And I've completely decided to steal that idea from you.

You. Stay.
Please?
:smallkittencateyes:
Holmes and Watson eh?
Well I am on a Holmes binge at the moment . . . plus I can totally imagine it. Giggleworthy.
Thufir in his little deerstalker hat and Inverness (and I know that's canonically inaccurate as he only wore it once or twice in the countryside, but it's iconic) and me as.
As.
Watson.
It would be an amusing twist on the deity/high priest relationship.
But then again, Moriarty does offer the title Napoleon of Crime.
Then again, Thufir would have to kill me.
Zombie Femme Watson it is then. No. Zombie Femme Moriarty. Think of the sheer levels of UST added to the UST of the novels.
o.O
EDIT NOTE:
The S of UST is subiective, I'm undecided myself, but there's a fair bit of obsession between the two, so gender-flipping one of them could easily create actual UST to add to UT(SOO).Last edited by CurlyKitGirl; 2010-08-23 at 08:41 PM.

Re: Masa's Massively Masterful Message Medium - Random Banter #146
The show title is called "2 Sides to Every Story" and its pretty much about how two opposites come together to make one. There's a lot of symmetrical patterns and such in the show. We have four songs, and the first song has its own kind of theme, the second song is a different theme, the third song is a kind of transition, and the fourth song is a kind of combined first and second song.
Its pretty nifty.
what about yours?

Re: Masa's Massively Masterful Message Medium - Random Banter #146
It's called "The Iron Road". It's about the Transconntinental Railroad being built. The first song is about laying track, the second about the two rival train companies, the third about the race they had towards Promontory Point, the forth about the Golden Spike, and the last about the first transconntinental trip. It's really fun and almost Jazz/Bluesy.

Re: Masa's Massively Masterful Message Medium - Random Banter #146
So, it's GCSE results day and like almost every single other 16 year old today, I dreamt that I did really badly. "Doing really badly" consisted of failing Additional Maths, y'know, the one subject I already got my result for. My bad dreams don't even make one bit of sense.

But... transforming back in the other direction... that would be :smalllust:. You're lusting after something/someone?
So, we rewrite everything after The Final Problem. Have it as originally intended, we both died.
Then we returned as zombies and eloped.

Re: Masa's Massively Masterful Message Medium - Random Banter #146
Heh. I have slightly the opposite issue - being quite short and quite curvy. They make special retail clothes titled "curvy" (aka You Have a Fat Butt) but they only come in plus sizes and I am too small for those. It's a proportion thing, not an overall size thing.
Well, for practice yesterday I bought two pairs of jeans from the thrift store for a total of $4. One were size 5 things with a waist I liked (I haven't been size 5 since I was sixteen) and the other were hideous twelve-foot-tall pink denim things. But the pink denim was quite cool. So I used that for the sides, and then I looked at them and realized that since they were going to be hopelessly branded as hippie pants, I might as well go the full nine yards and make them bell-bottoms too. So I added gores (triangular panels) as well and now they are the hugest bell-bottoms in my career of making bell-bottoms, that is to say, ginormous.
I'm lucky my mum's a quilter, we have two sewing machines, and I'm seriously considering taking one with me when I go to school. Though maybe I'll wait and take it next time I come home for a break, since I have enough stuff to cart over as it is.
Very good. I applaud your taste in cereal.
*stabs*
I do the same thing. This is a peak right now.
The other day I came up with an entertaining RB title thread but I know I'm not going to get the chance to use it simply because I'm not here enough.

Yay. We could always use more Cristo.
I'm torn beyween sighing and giggling in an infantile fashion.
But I do see the possibilities with ZF Sherlock and ZF Moriarty.
It's GCSE results day? Huh. Did it go well?
That's not a funny sketch. It's sad, especially "I know Iohn."
Or :smallRHL: could be :smallcreepy:, or simply act as a summoning spell. Hopefully.
I could so do that!
Rewrite The Final Problem, mostly the last third; and then it'll necessitate a total rewrite of The Empty House. At least we know why Watson faints.
I think I could honestly do that.
Is it odd that I really think I could do that? And then post it.
Yes. Exactly, Short and curvy do not mix. You can go petite, but end up with uncomfortable hips. If you go normal and get ones that fit in the hip you have inches to cut off and hem up.
They sound amazing. Any pictures?
Aah, I'm bored, so I think I'll try and do that. I'll fail utterly as I only have a few needles and no expertise at all.
If you take it it'll be verrrrrry heavy. You'd also have to consider how often you're likely to use it.
You could try coming back in two days. But can we hear the amusing title anyway?
Please?

Re: Masa's Massively Masterful Message Medium - Random Banter #146
So, I dropped the dish I was using to re-heat my dinner onto the plate and the plate broke. Having transferred the food to a different plate, I now find I'm trying to eat small bits of... well, whatever the plates are made of.
This is not good. What do you mean "Dungeon Master" isn't a proper job?

Then I guess it did go well.
Also hopefully Little Sister won't have the same problem with English Literature I had. They got my grade wrong, despite the fact it was obviously not the one they'd said (for serious, which exam is easy enough that dropping 4% of marks drops you the top grade?). Sometimes I wonder if we shouldn't be grading the exam boards.Last edited by Dogmantra; 2010-08-24 at 01:45 PM.
