I have a problem with my taxes. There's apparently no way to resolve this by email or letter. I have to phone, which means summoning up a lot of energy as phone calls can be very exhausting for me.
I phone. I go through the phone tree. I listen to the robot explain how helpful their website is. (Hint: Not very

Then it says "All of our advisors are busy on other calls." Okay, well I expected that. Does anyone ever get a person on a customer service line without holding?
Then it tells me to call back later and disconnects.
