The group restrains 101jir, dragging him toward the incinerator. He continues to protest, insisting that he will help them fight the Devils. His cries are in vain. One of you opens the chute, while the others force him inside. 101jir feels the heat the incinerator, ready to receive him. He hangs on by his fingertips, pleading for someone to help him him. One of the others slams the chute door on them, breaking his fingers. He falls into the flames. After a few moments of blood-curdling screaming, all that is left is the stench of burnt flesh wafting up from below. Some of you stand solemnly by, others wince in horror, and still more grin to themselves in satisfaction.

IF, In all honesty I don't really care. There wasn't a list of players so I went down the thread and picked them out. It might be that I know Murska plays WW a lot and i hadn't met Nihilsm playing before. I don't know. It was just a list. Next time I'll alphabetise it and save you the headaches

I'm new to this sort of thing, so the things that might seem intentionally different to you, are just the things that popped into my head when I decided to run this game, and my experiences playing Mafia IRL, and in that game (at least in the version I played) the Doctor (Angel) and Detective (Dark Angel) were unaware of each other's identities. But hey, cool to see I did something different by accident.

"Attention, employees. I am not amused. I strictly forbade the use of vigilante justice, and yet you went and misused company property for that very purpose. You will each be docked a month's pay to compensate the company for paying their families to keep silent, and the general legal stickiness involved in workplace deaths. The incinerator has been locked and switched off to prevent any further misuse. Additionally, our scanners detected two fewer life signals this morning than before the last blackout. Upon further inspection, we found that employee codename Ghanz Nmi was found in... various places. The janitorial drones were able to collect most of the pieces, but his head could not be reached, and one of his arms is missing entirely."

The group looks up and sees Ghanz Nmi's head on the end of a meet hook, chained to to a ceiling fan and spinning lazily with the slow-moving fan blades.

"Now then let us... hold on, I'm getting a message on the other line... BLAST IT ALL... *sigh* It seems that Ghanz Nmi's arm has been located: It was found... impaled through the chest of Lady Tialait. For her part, the medical staff says that she is unwell, and won't be returning to work anytime soon... oh, now they're saying she's dead. Bugger. Ah well, spilled milk and all that. What with all the mess, you'll be pleased to know that the new trash compacter is in working order, and ready to minimize the strain on our nation's landfills and advancing this company's commitment to a greener future."

On the first blackout a Devil failed to send the PM. That gives us some info, allowing us to cross Qwaz as the failing one, IMO.

Lady was one of the mentioned by 101 as a devil candidate, and was said to be suspicious by IF along with Ghanz, who are both dead. Now, that makes me reconsider Qwaz, since that would leave him as the sole suspected by IF, which would be a really bad play, even if he was hoping that someone would conclude what I'm writting right now.
Also, either Lady and/or Ghanz was a scried power role, unlikely since 101 got my role right, the Devils don't have much experience playing as wolves or that they aren't thinking too far ahead, because killing people that one considers as wolfy without knowing they're power roles means it's more likely that they'll be the ones suspected.

That makes me suspect Tydude, Lex and Korias.

Except that the Dark Angel action is happens after than the Devil's so either a Devil missed an action, again, the two Devils hit the same guy, or there would be another body. Unless 101 was a Devil, but then we'd had won the game if that happened (101 and Ghanz Devils).

These... don't seem to work together. We killed a self-proclaimed Half-Demon, so if Ghanz was killed by Angels that leaves you unscried.

Inactivity? I've been posting every black out. Also, Finals - it's not that I'm trying to lay low, it's that I simply can't afford to spend too much time away from the books.

But, I will admit, that after Tialat posted her little "Leaving those three for last is a bad idea" thing, and then her dying off immediately, does make me suspect. I think you guys aren't giving the wolves enough credit here - after the death of 101jir, it left us with a couple of choices. Unfortunately, I am one of those choices.

Qwaz and IF seem to be running a powerplay, and I already am in contact with the DA, so if I die, I die. Hopefully, I won't die though.

I meant after the first black out ended (where one devil didn't send a kill) until you posted. Besides me, you had the longest response time. Forget about that, since it doesn't really matter (though Lex is still slightly suspicious to me).

Tydude, having changed his vote at the last minute, swerves the decision back onto Qwaz. Qwaz looks back at Tydude, his face a mixture of betrayal and creeping horror. He starts to run, but in his terror he trips and falls. The others pick him up by his wrists and ankles, and carry him off toward the trash compacter. As you toss him in, his expression is one of pure fear. As the walls close in, you hear the sound of cracking bones. The machine stalls as he cries out in agony. You press the button again and again, crushing him a little more each time until he's reduced to a bloody paste.
