There is, and it takes listening to him for a long time for the music to do anything even mildly permenant. So the only ones at major risk are the "I'm you're biggest fan" crowd who follow him everywhere. Listening to him play for a few minutes might make a weak willed person want to shoplift minor valuables or something like that, at worst. What it's mainly good for is controlling NPC goons.

@RPG: She's so good at what she does because of the innocence. It's hard to pick up on someone seducing you for nefarious purposes when her intentions are so sweet and affectionate.

As I said in an edit that got badly ninjad on the last page. A succubus with a more mercenary outlook probably wouldn't have gotten as far.
