There is the emergency clinic, which is staffed by NPCs. A player run hospital would be great.

You might find yourself swamped with work though.

Hospitals around the Nexus also have a tendency to explode violently or get destroyed by some other catastrophic means, though. I'd invest in some security if I were you.

Yes, but both previous hospitals were run by Kael, who destroyed them himself.

I'm pretty sure a hospital that wasn't run by an insane sadistic player* would fare better.
