With Inside being so crazy, maybe a few of the more common locations should be split off into their own threads? Or maybe just Inside Slums and Inside Everywhere Else?

Maybe a street thread, so anything happening in a building is in one thread anything in public is in another.

I guess as long as it was marked 'Streets - non-slums'. Because otherwise, it'd get really confusing if people were in the streets in the slums, and failing to encounter one another because their players put them in different threads.

Blah... there's got to be a better way to word it than 'Non-slums'.

I was thinking the streets thread could include the slums streets. Which might not cut down so much on the busyness... But that way anything in a building would be inside, anything on the streets, slums or otherwise would be in the new thread.

I prefer the division to be slums and not slums, since characters would be moving between them less often. Like the fight at the soup kitchen took place both indoors and out, but it was fully contained in the slums.

I think that there should be two new threads for the streets, and that each one should contain two of the zones, and one will have the docks.
And Inside shall remain for inside the buildings.
It will make things easier to sort out without adding too many threads.

I consider the vampire problem, in its present scale at least, temporary, with RPG's vampires due to go to Riverside once that thread is up.

Good point. Sure most of my vampires are off screen, but said off screen attacks would diminish after Riverside is established.

Knowing that there's a vampire writing on their wall, some NPCs start watching it to see who the vampire is, intending to trail it back to Inside and attack it.

I'm not sure I like the idea of Wall Chan becoming a physical place for anyone except the Chalk Poobah. It would kind of spoil it's fun silliness.

Maybe it's a wall that magically collects stuff written in other places?

Other than that, I really like the anti-vampire npcs. Though the garlic monopoly isn't going to go very well. Garlic is really easy to grow.

Now the question is... If you throw holy water on a vampire that wasn't actually blessed by anyone, but the thrower sincerely and devoutly believes that it is... does it still burn?

Well the fact that other people can mark out things is what's really the problem. It woulda stopped at one drawing, but others insist on trying to silence them.

So yeah, a magical wall that collects stuff from elsewhere and can't be erased would be good.
