The 'original' Spring-Heeled Jack was a Victorian murderer who scared his victims to death. I think that the common belief is that he was a nobleman who did it all for a dare. He evaded the police by running really fast and jumping over fences, hence his name.

You certainly don't have to put them in the registry if you want to see how they're going. I'm not entirely sure that any of my characters are in the registry.

No, you don't have to post a character in the character thread beforehand.

In fact, I never post a character's bio until I've gotten a good day or two's roleplaying out of them. So I get a better feel of them.

And some people never post a registry at all, which is totally fine too. If a bit annoying, because they should describe their character again every appearance.

Yeah thats the thing. Most of the time I search for the chars I talk to (As a fact I mostly talk to very new chars^^). It would be hard to talk to someone without description and the damn time zone difference^^.

Sorry, TE, but it doesn't work that way. You can't just arbitrarily say 'My character always has power over every afterlife. Bwahaha.' No matter how good you are at making deals, there are some people who you just absolutely can't make a deal with. Either they hate your guts, or they charge a price higher than you can afford, or what they want and what you want is mutually exclusive.

I really don't see how you can pull Ada out of her celestial afterlife to live a cursed existence as the thing she most feared in life. The gods in charge of her soul aren't going to make her do that, and the abyss can't reach her.

As in, she'll probably beat people up and arrest them for attempted murder even if it's against vampires, and will probably do the same to the vampires if they try anything, indiscriminately?
