True, but it's equally biased towards both sides. He quite simply doesn't care who runs LANTERN, and has yet to form a opinion on the new Maxios except "looks too much like the old one".

I would do it... Though Angie would have no reason to do it. Also with the holiday season my posting may be slow. But I do like courtroom drama.

Though I will start of with saying that Maxios is breaking his agreement with Grace to not dispute the decision Grace came to. If he was just suing LANTERN for something other then leadership he might have a case.

And since I haven't really interacted with any characters or players in Lantern, except for Vael, not Grace, I am pretty unbiased.

I can offer Cool Kid. He was part of Lantern, but he was a neutral party in all of the events that lead up to the take over, and while he isn't an adorned judge it would be kinda COOL.

He also saw all the events that transpired personally.. albeit deadtimed and out of harms way. So he could be the perfect witness if you'd like.

Me, I'm just wondering what kind of court this is.

If it's in Inside then it'd logically be an Imperial one, but given that I honestly am not sure what's going on at all and have not been told much, it obviously isn't under the authority of the Empire.

Still have to wonder what laws apply to LANTERN, since it's outside everyone's jurisdiction and all.

The anwser to that is simple. Whichever laws they choose to follow. If they ignore this... well then nothing happens. If they don't, then a trial happens, and they can ignore the verdict or what-not.

Well, considering I just returned and created a character, and have no particular care for the IC or OOC, in theory Metta could do it.

His backstory is conveniently empty enough for me to retcon something in as well.

EDIT: But, the main problem is that I currently don't know what's going on, and don't know any of the characters, which from what Beans has told me over AIM, could be a good thing.
