The magic number should be 37 after accounting for certain spells.
Green is one up due to Transmute Rock to Mud & Transmute Mud to Rock.
White is up two due to Remove Blindness/Deafness & Remove Curse & Remove Disease.
Red is just a mistake, which will be fixed soonish.

Whoops, yeah, that was a misscount. lol Did you look over the Wu Jen spells? Some of them might be good additions.

Light of Lunia, Flame Strike, Lucent Lance, and Sunburst are the present spell damage offensive spells for white. I'll admit, 2, 3, 4 looks empty for blasting, but white doesn't really have all that much direct damage, but Divine Power isn't nothing to sneer at.

White in MtG seems to have sorcery damage dealing that is mana intensive. I imagine they'd pay more mana for damage and only be able to do it as big actions, certainly not swift or immediate.

Holy! They should totally get Holy, just have the damage scale like weapons, except instead of according to size, according to caster level. It deals Divine Damage! Good final spell.

Possible aura mastery:
Aura (Any): As a swift action, a mana mage may project a single aura of any color from which he is able to cast a spell from. The aura remains in effect until the mana mage uses a free action to dismiss it or activates another aura.
Aura of Courage (White): The mana mage becomes immune to fear (magical or otherwise). Each ally within 30 feet of her gains a +4 morale bonus on saving throws against fear effects.
Aura of Vigor (Green): The mana mage and each ally within 30 feet gain fast healing 1. This healing increases by one for every four levels of mana mage, after level four. The aura only affects characters at or below one-half their full normal hit points.
Aura of Swiftness (Blue): The mana mage and each ally within 30 feet gain an increase of +10 feet to all their movement speeds and +1 dodge bonus to their armor class. The dodge bonus increases by one for every four levels of mana mage, after level four.
Aura of Fear (Black): The mana mage radiates a 20-foot-radius fear aura. Enemies in the area must succeed on a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 her class level + her Cha modifier) or become shaken. A creature that successfully saves cannot be affected by that mana mages’s fear aura for 24 hours.
Aura of Conflict (Red): The mana mage and each ally within 30 feet gain +1 to attack and damage rolls. These bonuses increase by one for every four levels of mana mage, after level four."You think I'm talking about breaking the rules?"
