Well, if you look at the attached chart you'll see your performance just hasn't been up to snuff recently. The ratio of accidently aiding Mercury's schemes to mansion burning/scheme foiling is way too far on the aiding side, and there have been company wide cutbacks, so we really couldn't justify keeping you on board.
