She does. That's very nice of you. Do you need help? I could assist you once Brinika and I are done with out snowman. Reelshka doesn't pick up any second meaning to what Claire is saying.

I'm g-g-good. She blows her flute and the snow-Quinn starts working on its self.

Oh, magic. I see. Reelshka scowls. She doesn't like magic used like that. Well, good luck. She goes back to helping Brinika with the small snowman.

The snow Quinn finishes its self and freezes over. It won't melt on Claire's watch. ((deadtime.))

Jamie looks curious, and adds 'magic learning powers' to her assessment of her new sister.
"Aw, thanks. I try to be. It's fun though. And...yeah. Dad especially is worried that I'll get hurt. Which is silly because only the bad guys have to worry about that!"

Sarah looks up at Jamie with wide eyes, looking thoughtful again. She seems very observant for a girl of four or five. "So you hurt 'bad' guys? Who're the bad people?"

Praetorious is wandering around, noting different things and looking a bit stern.

Ory sloughs off the last of the deadtime and then looks around the room, checking to see if anybody is there to stop him from leaving.

Sarah looks up at Jamie with wide eyes, looking thoughtful again. She seems very observant for a girl of four or five. "So you hurt 'bad' guys? Who're the bad people?"

Observant, indeed.

"Well, I try not to hurt them if I can avoid it, no matter who they are. But bad people are people who try to hurt other people just becasue they can," Jamie explains, wrapping her arms around her legs. "Like the people who kidnapped Abby, and then there were the slavers. Those are bad people."

Ory sloughs off the last of the deadtime and then looks around the room, checking to see if anybody is there to stop him from leaving.

That would be Quinn, who's giving Ory a dissapproving look and running the medscanner over him again.
"I understand you're impaitent to leave, but you're not leaving until I say so, understood? Doctor's Orders."
She's Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman!

"I've never been one to take orders well." A statement that was, in-fact, true. "Listen my hoverboard got left at that crazy party in the Oak Tree. If you could get somebody to fetch it for me, I promise I'll sit here nice and quiet."

Ory sounds a bit distraught as well as anxious. His self-identity is very wrapped up in his image of himself as a 'Rider, without his board he's just another ground pounder.

...he needs to meet Mikani and her Windblade, doesn't he?


"I can get in touch with Dani and have her take a look, since she knows where you were before she brought you here and I don't," Quinn promises. "And I'm used to people who don't take orders well, considering who I'm married to." She can't help but chuckle.

Scan scan scan for any lingering concussion effects! "I see you're from a world where cybernetic enhancements are common?"

[Shyftir]

'Bout as common as tattoos or body peircing, 'cept only for those with the money and the desire. Usually the less obvious the cybers' the more they cost."

Ory replies, drumming his fingers on the side of the bed, he is clearly ill-at-ease.

[The Bushranger]

"Fascinating. Well, as far as I can tell, you should be good to go anyway," Quinn says, "but I'd advise not undergoing strenuous activity, alright? Head injuries are tricky things, and having one makes you more prone to another, even if it appears to be completely healed."

[Shyftir]

"Right, yes, of course." Ory says as he begins to pull the IV out. "I'll be careful, but I really must get that 'board back. do you have any idea how to get to the Oak Tree Temple?" he asks in a voice just short of pleading.

[Morty]

Brinika and Reelshka finish their snowman and the former goes to look for someone she could show it to, giggling happily. The latter heads to the infirmary.

Reelshka might find Brianna! The latter is currently making sure she knows where everything is again.

And Quinn will assist in getting the IV out...shaking her head, and looking dissapointed at not being able to give direction. "I'm sorry, but I've never even heard of the Oak Tree Temple before. There's an interesting thing about navigation here in the Nexus, though - if you're looking for something, you'll probably find it."

And she also waves at Reelshka as she enters.

Brinika will probably find Jamie! She might find her with Sarah, but I'm not sure how -timed Murkus is at the moment. So she might find her alone and practicing, in which case she's Mikani.

Speaking of whom, here he is, flying into the campsite, landing near Ana and Ember and all them. He looks disheveled, but not badly injured.

Ladies.

He says, nodding to them.

Looks Like You All Made It Out Safely. That's Good.

Reelshka does find Brianna. Oh, hello. I don't think I've ever seen you here before.

And Brinika finds Jamie as Mikani. Jamie! Jamie! I built a snowman! Wanna see?

Mikani finishes a twirl and a pose, her wand extended as if zapping somebody!
Then straightens up and grins at Binika.
"Hey! I'd love to see it, where is it?" she asks, giggling cheerfully at her friend's enthuiasiam.

Ory walks out of the infirmary and right into the open space occupied by Crae, Ana, Ember and the gang. He stops up cold, shoots a dirty look at Crae, then realizes that they seem to have just escaped some sort of battle.

"What's going on? Who attacked you?" Ory gushed sounding concerned his missing 'board forgotten for the moment.

((Unfortunetly, I've got to dead time probably 'til tommorow night or Friday morning.))

Brianna looks at her. "I was probably around before ye time. I'm Brianna Corcoran. Dr Corcoran, if ye want to be formal."

[Morty]

Come on! I'll show you! Brinika will lead Mikani to a spot a little away from the main cabin. There's indeed a snowman there - a rather small one. It has large ears and nose.

[Infirmary]

I've been here for a couple of months. My name's Reelshka Trollfinger, pleased to meet you.

[horngeek]

"Ah. I was probably gone during that time."

Brianna holds out her hand to shake. "Pleased to meet ye too, Reelshka."

[The Bushranger]

And Mikani grins still more at spotting the snowman.
"Awwwwww. It's adorable! Did you make it all by yourself?" she asks Brinika.

[Morty]

Reelshka shakes Brianna's hand. So, what do you do around here?

[Outside]

Aunt Reelshka helped me. But I added the ears and the nose. And look - Miss Claire made a snowman that looks like your mom! She points at Claire's creation.

"Mainly be one of the resident doctors in the infirmary. My abilities are suited to that, and I've got a medical licence."

Mikani refrains from commenting that Quinn!Snowman is slightly creepy.
"She did? That's sweet of her! I think yours looks better though," she adds sotto voce, with a giggle.

[Morty]

[Infirmary]

Hm, I see. I'm an architect myself, so I help whenever one of the buildings needs to be repaired.

[Outside]

It does? Thanks! Brinika tries to give Mikani a hug. Do you want to build another one? Or maybe an igloo?

[The Bushranger]

Mikani is hugged, and hugs Brinika back. And gets an 'oooooh, I hadn't thought of that' expression...
"...an igloo? Oooooh, I hadn't thought of that! Let's do it!"

"Ah. I wondered why the cabins were in much better condition."

[Morty]

Thank you. Reelshka smiles. I actually had to rebuild some of them with the help of my colleagues after a disaster that happened a couple of months ago.

[Outside]

Brinika and Mikani build an igloo, then. It undoubtedly takes a while and is a source of much amusement.
