[Nexus-Plot] A Trail of Feathers

[Blue Ghost]

Blue reads the note attached to the feather. He smiles. I think whoever is leaving this trail is trying to teach you something, and you may do well to stop and listen, my friend.

[Zefir]

"Wll I don't mind if we go through. I can't really relax on such places."

Andy continuse((When did someone pick a feather?))

[Rae Artemi]

Oh, goodie, someone with patience! You don't see that in heroes much these days!

Says a voice behind Blue. Quite cheerful, really.

[Blue Ghost]

Blue looks around. Who's there?

[Rae Artemi]

The only thing around is a little bunny. Aww, look at it, looking up at Blue and wrinkling it's nose.

I am!

Oh, wait, it's talking. Still cute though.

[Blue Ghost]

Blue bends down and strokes the bunny's head. Hi there. My name's Blue. These are my friends, Emily and Andy. What's your name, little one?

[Rae Artemi]

I dunno! Bunnies don't really have names like people! I guess you could call me Skip, that sounds like a fun name!

The little bunny says, happy to be petted.

Welcome to the Forest of Peace, and the Trial of Naera! Or something like that! It's my first time as a guide, so I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to do, but meeting people is fun!

He stays cheerful and bubbly all of the time, I guess.

[Blue Ghost]

Blue smiles. Pleased to meet you, Skip. What, may I ask, is the Trial of Naera?

[Rae Artemi]

It's the same as most of the other trials, you've just got to find your way out! This one is different though, but I'm not allowed to tell you how! I'm just here to make sure that you stay safe, Naera is a goddess of peace, but she's a goddess of nature too, and sometimes nature just gets dangerous!

The little bunny says, hopping about happily.

[Zefir]

"We need to find a way ot. And this place is different to the others. If I combine the facts right, remembering the things we saw here and what we saw in the other cave.... I think we need to rest as blue said befor."

Andy will sit down for a moment caught by some of his own thoughts.

[Lix Lorn]

She scowls, and complains petulantly.
"I don't want to rest!"

It... well, her tone of voice sounds like it should be accompanied by stamping her foot like a five year old.

[Zefir]

"Well. If you don't rest we won't make any new steps mean we loose more time cause we have to wait for you to rest and this goes and goes until you rest, too. Better do it now so we can continue."

[Lix Lorn]

"I don't need to rest!" she snaps. "I have magic."

[Zefir]

"And How do you want to use these MAgic in this situation? Do you want to destroy all around here? I think that won't be the way Rae wants to come back."

As befor he is siting in the grass not really relaxing but he makes a breake.

[Lix Lorn]

"I can use it to stay awake!" she argues.

[Zefir]

"Put would Rae really accept his reanimation if it causes you to go this far? If you damage yourself to bring him back wouldn that like HE hurts you? Just think of it, because I think Rae never want you to get hurt."

He sais this in a kind of old man with much wisdom way.

[Lix Lorn]

"The only thing that's hurting me is not having Rae." she says stonily.

[Zefir]

"You didn't get it. It is not how YOU should feeel or what would hurt you selfish Emily. It's Rae who I speak of. Just think of it he comes back and you stressed yourself to the limit what would he think of? He would think it is all his fault. I can really imagine what love means and if I ever saw my loved one in such a constitution I would never forget it I would allways accuse myself. It would make me sad every single day. Would you really stress your body and make Rae sad for the rest of his reanimated life?"

Damn how get Andy this poetic, well hopefully this reaches Emily, becauase I'm out of ideas.

[Lix Lorn]

"But the only reason I'm stressed is because he's not here! I'll be fine the second he's back!" she argues, angry.

[Zefir]

"Selfish Emily allways sais I and MY and Me."

He sais this like a little child.

[Lix Lorn]

"I don't have time for this." she spits, turning and trying to find the way up the hill.

[Zefir]

"Rae would have time to relax."

[Lix Lorn]

"No he wouldn't. He'd come for me as fast as he could, whether it was good for him or not. So when I can go quickly without any risk, I should!"

[Rae Artemi]

You'll never get out like this.

Whispers the woods.

Only a clear head can see the way, even when it's right in front of them.

Lady, Is this not forbidden?

Says Skip, a worried expression on his face.

Quiet, please, young one. Sometimes rules must be broken to help peace thrive.

[Lix Lorn]

"How am I expected to get a clear head when my love just died?" she almost shouts. Her eyes are starting to go red again.

[Zefir]

"It's over Emily he died thats a fact that can't be changed, unless you can traver through the time. Now you are goinbg to bring him back and these one hour won't kill him again."

Andy tries to clear his thoughts thinking of an old game his father told him.

[Lix Lorn]

"No, but if I stop, I...I can't stop!" she shouts.

[Zefir]

"You don't 'stop' you just have a break thats diffrent. After we knew the way out of here we are able to continue on our mission."

[Lix Lorn]

"No, it's not. If I break for even a moment, I'm going to break. And I don't want to do that again."

Her eyes are almost wet with tears, and her lip trembles a little. It's literally only anger, fear, and hope keeping her from collapsing in a heap of tears.

[Zefir]

"And I would say if you don't rest to clear your mind you will NEVER find Rae NEVER EVER."

He watches Emily prepared to defend himself. people in such a state tend to do things hich hurt other.
