Whoo-hoo-hoo, look who knows so much. It just so happens that your friend here is only MOSTLY dead. There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there's usually only one thing you can do.

What are you talking about? Time travel is explicitly forbidden in Exalted. But no seriously aside from that one hang up it is a decent comparison. I personally like the theory that the Doctor is an Ishvara.

Not entirely true. After all, one of the terms of the treaty was that the Yozi had to forgo mucking with time, and they can do some weird things in Malfeas.

Mucking about isn't the same thing as actual travel. For instance they have the ability to alter the past within five days, as long as the get permission from the person whose actions they'd be changing. Though that last part may be do to the oaths. That doesn't mean they can travel in time.

Christopher Eccleston as the 9th doctor. He's 900 years old, which for a typical traveller character should (by my calculations) result in an unstoppable god with limitless talent pouring from his fingertips.

Which is about how he's portrayed in the series.

It's gonna be hard though, the only alignments that come to mind are LN, LG, CN, TN, and NG. It's gonna be especially hard to find a lawful evil. I could go through all the episodes again, but that would take a while.

Lawful Evil, maybe one of the scenes from the storm episode when he's shouting about his crew and they have to follow his orders.

Neutral Evil could be something to do with Combustion Man, maybe. I'm thinking "Duty compels me to go behind the law's back to murder you."

Actually I would put the Masked version as Chaotic Neutral (when he is rescuing Aang from Zao, to capture him later) and maybe him in the earth country (sans mask, for example in Zuko Alone) as Chaotic Good.

I meant the episode where he protects the Earth Village from the Earth Benders, while it is not the Robin Hood-esque CG; protecting who can't protect themselves it more in line with my vision* of CG
