It had been a long week since Mayor Hipen had sent Lex to get help, and she had still not returned.

The village had somehow held out against the Dread Necromancer, so far. But he was sure it wouldn't survive much longer. The Dread Necromancer seemed to have been waiting for something, but Mayor Hipen could not be sure of what.

The undead army had completely surrounded the little village, but had not yet entered. And everyday, it had grown larger. Anyone who left, joined the ranks of the army.

Once again, Mayor Hipen began to worry over Lex's fate, when he heard the familiar sound of her magically tinkling flight. He rushed out the door to greet his good friend. Did you get help?

Lex nodded her head. Yes! I found four adventurers. They said they'll get here as soon as they can.

Only four? Upon seeing the frown upon lex's face, Hipen smiled and held out a cupped hand for her to sit upon. I'm sorry. You did good. I just fear that four will not be enough.

What Mayor Hipen, Lex, and the four heroes did not know was that three other heores had come to the village on their own. Time will only tell if they find each other.
