Good picks for an alpha (imo): rakkoon and Gray Mage. As for FC, nobody trusts him and everyone wants to kill him, which makes him a natural pick to be the beast.

    Day 2

The day before the siege of Gragilehollow, the Halfling known as Perni Stoutfoot had been practicing magic in the Grigligrag Forest that spanded between Gragilehollow and Grigliheim.

He was the student of the great mage, Barnaby the Black. Long ago, Barnaby the Black had come to the quiet village to retire far, far away from the nearest city.

But retirement was not as fun as it had once sounded to the old man. So each year he tested the youth of the villages in the surrounding area for any sign of magical aptitude. He didn't find many he felt had the talent or patience to master arcane arts.

But Perni was an exception. Above even his first choice, Perni had shown great talent. Barnaby took great pride in teaching the young hobbit, and couldn't help but show favortism to the lad.

And this made the Human boy, Horrace Starno, angry. How dare Barnaby ignore his talent. And then, in front of everyone, humiliate him by giving Perni a gray wizards cloak, allowing him to graduate ahead of Horrace.

As Perni practiced, Horrace glared at the Halfling through the trees. He'd show him. He'd show them all.

Two days later, Horrace snuck out at night and headed for the largest tent of the enemy encampment.

Of course, before he got anywhere near it, two skeletal guards barred his path. I wish to speak to your master. he said boldly. The two skeletons just looked at him blankly.

But a third stepped forward moments later. This skeleton wasn't just bones though. Unknown to Horrace, this was a Mohrg. And he was one of the captains of the camp. Speak.... human.

Horrace almost pissed himself at the sound of the grating voice. M-m-my name i-i-is H-Horrace. I w-w-want to l-l-live. he gulped once, getting control of his shaky voice. In exchange for m-my life, I'll tell you where to f-find the one man in this v-village who may b-be a threat to you.

The mohrg watched him closely, his parasitic tongue flickering out of the mouth, as if tasting the boy's fear. Then his eyes flared brightly.Follow me. and he turned and led Horrace further into the encampment.

Two hours later, Horrace turned and pointed into the open field where Perni and other students were practicing with the greatr mage. There are your greatest threats. The human and his child apprentice are powerful sorcerers. Kill them, and this village shall fall easily. He said to four warriors garbed in black.

Shoving the human aside, the four warriors, specially trained in dealing with mages, peered into the clearing. Just as Barnaby was casting a spell, three of the four rushed into the clearing, swords drawn.

Looking to have been taken by surprise, Barnaby nonetheless finished his spell, successfully. As he had planned, a Forcecage encompassed the enemy. Then he noticed that not all of them had been caught.

One of the three still stood just outside of the field. With a determined look, the lone mage-slayer circled around the force cage, watching the tricky spellcaster. He stepped behind a tree that was in his path.... and then was gone.

    Perni... run!! Barnaby shouted.

Perni didn't need to be told twice. He ran for his life, back to the relative safety of Gragilehollow. And then he tripped, falling face first into the hard forest ground.

When he tried to stand, he felt something wrapped tight around his ankle. He looked to find a root that had grown out of the ground. Desperately, he tried to pull his foot free, until he heard a familiar laugh.

He he he he!! Caught ya! Horrace laughed.

This isn't funny, Horrace. But before he said anything more, his eyes grew wide as another of those black warriors stood just behind Horrace.

And Horrace pointed back at it, as if he knew it. I know.

In desperation, Perni cast one of the few spells he'd memorized: Disrupt undead. But the warrior didn't even flinch. As his blade came up, Perni realized his mistake. The black warrior wasn't undead.

    Night 2

The beautiful elf drunkenly stumbled out of the Glass Keg tavern. She'd had a great time, busting heads and breaking tables. Or was that busting tables and breaking heads? One could never be sure.

Stooped hooomuns. She thought to herself with a smile. They see a Beootifel elven maiden, and ashume I be frail. Hiccup! I showed dem.

She stumbled toward the Dread Necromancer's encampment. When the skeleton guards blocked her path, she shoved them aside. Outsa my way, shtoopid. I'm just goins home.

The blank minded guards did what they'd been told to do, and attacked. The first skeleton missed completely, as the Barbarian ducked under the glaive. As she pulled out her great axe with amazing speed, and used it to shatter the skeleton, the second skeleton sliced into her shoulder with it's own glaive, but this only angered the Barbarian.

Her green eyes practically glowing in the darkness, she quickly turned the great axe onit, and after two blows, was rewarded with a rain of bones. But her rage was not satisfied. RAAAWR!!!

The yell woke up nearly everyone within the village, and certainly every intelligent creature within the siege city, which pleased the Barbarian to no end. Pulling a greatclub off her back, the Barbarian went on a rampage, destroying one zombies after another. Nothing undead continued it's shambling ways.

Having only one thought on her mind when this began, the Barbarian Elf cleared a path for herself through the encampment, destroying all that stood in her way of going home.

Some may wonder, why didn't the Dread Necromancer send something more powerful than skeletons and zombies to stop her? The answer is simple. He was afraid of losing them to the terrifying woman.

With a huff, Malinna Gostal made her way home. If Gragilehollow survived, they wouldn't see her for a very long time.

Sirion walked into the town square, stood looked around a bit, got eye contact with Prplcheez for a short second befor continuing scanning the crowd.

After having studiet all gathered for a bit he spoke loud and clear to all:

"My fellow people of Gragilehollow, I speak to you now becaus we have a dire problem" He waitet for a moment until he had peoples focus before continuing "A dire problem indeed, its about heightsisme the small people of this town are being haresed and killede. I talked with a elf earlyer today who was a visitor to our fair city and he was so put off by the heightsisme that he left and whent home, there must be done somthing to adress this problem." Sirion gave people a stern look before going on "I suggest that we all gather with our kind and find one from each race that can gather in counsel, to try and find a solution to this problem" with that he gave a last look at the gathered and walked over to the well to get some water to drink"

*shrug* So are the race QTs and in public. Not like it changes anything there. And it seems fun. Obviously we'll need to elect our representatives first. I'm basically in favor of anything that adds more RP elements to this game (and it's a bonus that it's not forcing them on anyone who doesn't want to do it).

    *nods*

I think we can have in-race voting as to whether or not we wish to do this, and find out which races wish to participate (have Hipen3 or Lex announce that, if they wish), if enough people seem interested, we can then worry about the election process.
