Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
Ummm.... Hello! I'm here to try my hand at writing a fancomic. Unfortunately, I have litttle experience with D&D, forums, and art, so... I'll see how it goes.
Actually, this is my first post on an internet forum ever. I think.

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
Long time lurker, new register. All that fun stuff.
I'm a just-starting-out DM so if I don't go back to just lurking, then you'll probably hear me begging for advice at one point or another. >.<

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
HELLO e'body! I've been reading OOTS since issue like 150something but I didn't make a forum account until now.
My user name is a combination of two of my favorite things in life right now: electrical engineering and good food.
I have just 2 questions: what does it mean when a post title is followed by "PEACH"?
and how do you determine if someone is a pixie/troll/dwarf/titain in the playground? by # of posts? time signed up? referals?

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
Hi, Tesla Pasta! Welcome to the Playground, and let me answer your questions!
1: PEACH = Please Evaluate and Critique Honestly (I think)
2: It's by number of posts, although forum rules are that we don't really discuss the post count titles aside from linking to this post.High School Harem Comedy, my original game system!

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
Hi!
After lurking for far too long, I finally got an account.
Maybe now I'll learn to roleplay (well, the rules, anyway). If I knew how to use my brain, I'd be dangerous.

Hello, they (no one) call me Cannonsmack, I have lurked in this forum for quite a while, and finally decided to join the fun. I role play any time I can, and hope there are some active role play threads. I plan on being very active in these threads.

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
O hai gaiz. I'm Spekari (as you can plainly see by looking to the left =P) and I've been here for a good couple weeks now, mainly so that I could read OOtS.
Decided to register for DnD talk (I've got a little bit of experience with 3.5e and 4e, but the 4e campaign still hasn't started yet ).
Aside from that, I love video games (mostly Nintendo stuff such as Zelda and Pokemon). I watch a little bit of anime (two favorites are One Piece and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) and I love love LOVE writing (even though I very rarely actually get anything done in my stories XD). I'm also going to start doing Let's Plays soon, so yeah.
Don't really watch any sports, although I do enjoy (playing) Baseball/Softball.

*waves*
I'm Makari, occasionally Makari Crow. I'm a little bit shy, I guess, which is why I'm posting... something like three weeks after account creation. >.> I hang around a lot of people who are here often, so it seems a logical extension.
I like Pokémon, ponies, and video games, but am not so much a fan of long walks on the beach. Sand is not my friend. :P
So, uh. Hi. Nice to meet you all. I'll be around.

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
Yo, guys.
I have been reading this webcomic since its creation but only now, thanks to Engine's advice (a friend of mine already subscribed to this forum), I'm aboard with you all.
I like D&D* (well, if it's not, why I should ever read OOTS? ), post-nuke and cyberpunk fiction, the Doctor Who series, and good ol' Metal music. I'm also a retrogramer and a non-casual PC gamer, particularly fond of FPSs, MMOs and RPGs.
Hope I'll get along well with this great community. It would be great to find also a good PBC group.

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
Ah, hello. This is my first post, I guess.
I am a journalist from Canada. I was recommended this forum by a friend, and I am interested in D&D, as well as online games like Minecraft.
Can anyone point me in a good direction?

Hello! Canadian, eh? We have some Oilers' fan around here, hope you're one of 'em.
That said: for D&D, we have a whole forum dedicated to it, and for minecraft, there's this thread.
Hope it helps, welcome aboard.Do I contradict myself?

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
Uh...hi, I'm Vince. (not my real name, just something I use.) I'm a DND fan, and I role play a lot. Also, I have a question I'm sure many people ask: Is Vaarsuvius male or female? He acts as a female but is married to a female. I'm VERY confused.

Re: Hello And Welcome New Members Thread 9
Eberron's awesome. It's the only campaign setting where orcs are the stewards of nature and elves rampage across the land in destructive hordes.
You didn't get it after the bathroom joke, the "yer married!?" joke, and the fact that V's children call both V and Inky "parent"?Avatar of George the Dragon Slayer, from the upcoming Indivisible!
