The machine woman, Morgana, is currently caught in deadtime at Aurora. It's a slow process. I'm testing the waters for how well this'll work. There's more to come.

No context, the goal is simply to either make your opponent cry, or just make him look really, really stupid. I'd suggest reading your opponent's backstory. Lot's of good tragedy and angst, usually. Riv says from the stands.

Someone just pointed out to me that Moff's monologue should have been about Harnel instead of Gordon. So yeah, after all that deadtime, I guess I wasn't paying attention to the rules. Which means Moff probably wasn't either.

Silver, ash, hawkthorne, oak, garlic, sunlight, running water, being immersed in water, rain, bright light of any sort, holy symbols, holy water, cold iron, the pure of heart, wine, inability to enter a dwelling without being invited, riddles, the word orange, the need to count things, negative letters, negative numbers, fire, mirrors, passages from a holy book, narrativity, gambling, milk and the song My Achy Breaky Heart.

Now I kinda want to play a vampire, just for the sheer silliness of being weak to everything. Oh, and a gun that includes every single one of these, just in case any of my characters have to go vampire hunting.

Said flare would explode in a flash of very bright sunlight, raining down holy water infused with wine and garlic oil, along with a negative amount of ash, oak and hawkthorne stakes, all colored orange, inscribed with holy symbols, and tipped with silver points, polished until they work as mirrors. Said stakes would have a fifty-fifty chance of exploding in a blast of fire when they hit, scattering cold iron caltrops, which the vampire would be forced to pick up.

Considering Harnel's homeworld has an insane undead problem, I'd say he's justified in hating undead. He even goes so far as to admit that he understands there's exceptions, but knows they're a rarity

I have both extremes. Deryni thinks all undead are abominations and should be destroyed.* While Dr Burnett believes the term 'undead' is discriminatory and that a less pejorative term should be used to describe living people who happen to lack vital signs.

Just a warning, Rae is under constant watch from a being who, if she were to use all of her powers, could probably destroy realities. He's also marrying her, but that's a different story.

Granted, if she really wanted a challenge she could try to get at Rae's little sister...

I'll keep it in mind. Though she doesn't need to drain him completely, just a little more than what's safe. At least, for the plan I have. She'd personally prefer to drain him or her dry. <.<

"Racism" is not an applicable term for vampire hate.

It's not a race, it's a disease that (typically) reanimates a dead body and gives it the need to drink blood to survive. It also very commonly directly affects the morals of the person who was turned, for some reason, making them complete and total bastards.

Vampire hate is completely justified in my books, especially since every vampire, even the good ones, is a killer waiting to go off. Think about it, the longer you go without blood, the more they crave it, and the more likely they are to go insane. A lot of good vampires refuse to drink blood...
