So, I'm considering making a SWORD agent. Not sure if his ability would qualify him as a Medium or a Fullbringer, since it's kind of odd.

Namely, he can force chunks of his own soul out of his body to create physical nightmares in a small radius. This is extremely tiring for him, since it's fueled by his own soul, but it's also hard to counter because nightmares don't really follow any sort of logic.

Like Persona? Sounds like a Fullbringer who uses his own soul.

Living Hollow of some kind. First, he's mutilating his own soul - in my books, that ought to make him increasingly more Hollow like, as it's the defining quality of a Hollow that they're incomplete. Second, detaching parts of his own soul for offense... remember certain Coyote Starrk? Or Elder, for that matter.

Hmmm? Yes, I totally missed that question. No, he doesn't have any. Angelo might have seen him once or twice before, since they're both affiliated with SWORD. Mihail isn't, however, aware of the ranks or identities of the Agents, even though he's met some of them. (Mikami Aura, most notably.)

Hmm. I think I'll be building this guy as a Hollowing of some sort. Living Arrancar/Vizard wouldn't really work, and his ability does seem too, well, unhealthy to be a good Medium power.

Konpaku Aya's shenanigans and the whole deal with Kido Corps pushed the timeline further ahead. It's more a boon than a bane, really.

It does raise the question of when Pico will be getting back, though. Rouga already runs errands in Las Noches.

The Seele Schneider is a thin, silver-colored weapon that, when activated, sports a glowing blue blade. On impact, the union of spirit particles in whatever has been cut loosens, making this a tool which makes spirit particles easier to steal away. For a Quincy, absorbing spirit particles from the environment to strengthen one's weapon is absolutely imperative and the Seele Schneider is the strongest embodiment of this process. It is longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw; the blade is composed entirely of reishi, which is constantly revolving around 3,000,000 times per second. Uryū also stated that using it increased his own spiritual power.

Reishi Collection: The Seele Schneider's second ability is to collect reishi during combat by absorbing the opponent's attacks. The more spiritual pressure and energy they release, the more powerful the Quincy wielding it becomes. It allows an opponent's spirit particles to become the users.

Sword & Arrow Functionality: Since a physical high-speed impact can be destroyed by a spiritual high-speed impact, the Seele Schneider can do more damage to someone physically strong when they physically attack, than when using a spirit-based attack. This is seen in Uryū's fight against Cirucci Sanderwicci. It mainly cuts through spirit pressure impacts. The Seele Schneider makes for a powerful blade in combat, but can do even more damage as an arrow. Fired as an arrow, it was able to defeat a former Espada in one shot, easily piercing her soul chain, removing all of her abilities. Had it been aimed higher, towards the head, it would have undoubtedly been fatal. The lethality of the Seele Schneider at full power depends, not on its power, but the arrow's trajectory.

tl;dr version: In DnD terms, it's a free action for a Quincy to activate/deactivate but with no confirmation if it only takes a Quincy's touch to turn it on, or if it requires energy expenditure. Given that they can cut through pretty much anything else though, these tools are great for evening out the playing field for the archers when it seems like everyone and their uncle's pet cat can effectively teleport into your lap.
