Bast, swerving left and right and blinking in and out of existence to dodge LASER BEAMS, quickly flies close to the falling form of K'rax-Naggath. The fifty foot long giant three-headed monster panther is probably easy to see in the sky, though not if everyone's attention is on the falling mountain of an Old One.

The huge cat deity caterwauls in triumph as her foe falls. Though she should be less happy, because K'rax can't wake the other Old Ones up if she's asleep. Though they've all already been dealt with, so it's probably not a problem anymore.

"Is... is K'rax-Naggath falling over there?"

Eig'Quzi peers at the huge Old One in the distance.

"Oh. Oh my. I would suggest we get off these docks before the earthquake shatters them into tiny bits."

The monster will try to grab Nadas to pull him along, then run for its life to the relative safety of firm and high ground!

The leading edge of the blast is quick to hit Raven and Divaonar from behind, the sheer force of the wind knocking them out of the air and sending them tumbling across the ground. Thankfully they crashed into-

Magtok manages to telewarp the hippo/bear chimera with him before she has time to register what's going on.

The chimera standing guard over Riley cries out, "Mother!" and begins to dash toward the fallen Old One, only to be picked up bodily by the shock-wave and hurled through the air.

The wind picks Riley up, spinning his scrawny body about like a ragdoll, and he is thrown through the air. His breath is shoved straight from his lungs by the blast and he can't even scream as his frail form is dashed against a crumbling building and he is buried beneath the collapsing brick and stone.

As the shock wave and following tremors hit the monkey is... oddly enough able to stand his ground very well. Sure, he looks silly with his jacket flapping around and his cheeks doing the same as the jacket and the crazy arm flailing to keep his balance as well but he manages to stand his ground.

Raril hits the ground hard. He tries to roll with the impact, but the shockwave and the shaking earth combined with the fall made its effectiveness minimal at best. The drow finally comes to a stop, sprawled out on his back. He groans softly and doesn't move.

All three of Bast's heads smirk. Then, a shield of gale-force winds and flashes of far-stuff spring up to surround the giant cat, probably sending the orbs flying off in a random direction. But mainly, the shield protects Bast from the massive shockwave created by K'rax-Naggath's impact.

Bast purrs very loudly in amusement, then surveys the damage with two of her heads. And looks to see where the starspawn K'rax was protecting were flung to. She still has to gruesomely murder them, after all.

"Look, I know you're utterly insane and all that, but why are you attacking me? Do you really care for the pitiful mortals of this world? It's not like I'm going to destroy it. Far from it: I will be worshiped again. You can't imagine the... the feeling of that until you've experienced it. So back off, and turn your power onto those mortals who can oppose it while the Stars are still Right. And rule as a god instead of wallowing in your own insanity."

All over the city, as the dust settles, chimera begin to break off whatever they were doing previously and hurrying toward the still form of their fallen Mother. It's almost reminiscent of animals fleeing toward higher ground...

Unfortunately the chimera who was helping Riley is somewhat preoccupied at the moment. He managed to get himself impaled on a rather sharp bit of rebar sticking out of a broken wall. Perhaps most horrifically he isn't dead, but rather struggling to get free.

"Uuugghh..." groans Raven as she pulls herself up onto her feet. One of her antlers got broken off in the tumble and she's looking pretty lopsided at the moment. She quickly scans her surroundings, searching first for any threats before padding over to Raril and nudging him with her velvety nose. "Father? Are you awake?"

Divaonar, meanwhile, is rather distracted on account of being attacked by a wild Ratatta. Stupid random pokemon encounters! Someone really needs to cut the grass around here.

D really twitching in the air and seems to be getting bigger and far less human shaped. Mouths and tentacles and other things opening and spouting off it's shape. Black something pouring out of the open mouths. But it's eyes still seem to be closed shut.

Those who thought worshiping me would save them, their souls are mine, those bribe me for salvation are gone to oblivion, those that take what is mine still beg for death, those that claimed I was a god suffer as Ozymandias.

D about a little bigger than Bast now, and things seems to be flickering, like the seconds are not all they way sure they should be marching onward.

The Order's knights witnessed the fall and have just now recuperated enough from the earthquake and shockwave to rush back and investigate.

"I think...I think she's dead..." Garrett can't believe what he sees. He lurches forward to get a better look.

"Orders, Knight-Captain?" Indigo asks Captain Belisair.

"Find the ones guilty for this, and slay them."

Well, that's not good, but easily dealt with.

Harnel will use his wings to flip himself over the eye, his claws probably making a few gashes as they move along, as he hasn't let go. Then, once he's on the other side, let go and start flying on his own power

Unlike in comical TV shows, the eye doesn't proceed to ram rather amusingly against the wall, now that Harnel has moved.
It stops itself short, releasing a series of hissing noises from various little spiracles along its sides.

Charred and leaking peculiar fluids here and there from cuts, it's looking rather displeased.

Up and over Harnel goes, seeking his escape across the eye's back.
Mind the hammer swinging at your back, bucko. The tendrils are using it against you.

Bast isn't a goddess at the moment. Just an eldritch abomination. She needs to really build up her cult a bit before she gets any divinity. The huge cat eyes D thoughtfully while slowly backing up through the air, tendrils streaming from her back for the inevitable fight. Still, she tries to dissuade him with a low hiss.

"Okay, okay, so you don't want to be a god. But still, you could do whatever the heck you wanted right now. Fighting me is pointless: I may be one of the weakest of the Old Ones but I'm still just as immortal. No soul to devour, no feeble mind to twist into insanity or torture. Go chow on a mortal for a while and leave me be before I decide to rip you apart and scatter scraps of you across the multiverse."

A small child stumbles upon the impaled chimera! The boy looks completely unharmed, and excited to find the starspawn. He peers at him to see if he's dead or not, and smiles when the chimera proves to be alive.

"Kitty! I found one!"

Stepping out of the shadows, whether she was waiting there or magically transported herself, is a lithe human-headed lioness. She purrs in delight to the child, and fixes the impaled chimera with a vicious glare.

"Hello dear. Looks like your mother's dead. What a shame. Don't worry, you'll join her soon no-doubt."

The sphinx will reach up to try to violently pull the other starspawn down using her claws. Which'll be painful.

Freedom for the imprisoned!
Many of the people seem nervous, wary of tricks, wondering if this is some sort of illusion or cruelly convoluted punishment.
But the others are quickly appreciative, varying between excitement and sobbing, as they can be let out.

A kind hand is the best tool for these people, either way.

There isn't a whole lot for Boris and Cornelia to keep an eye on here, since the only movement will be from outside, from Remnant auxiliaries moving about outside the ship.

Meanwhile, back over at the sliding panel, light suddenly fills the room as someone opens it.

For anyone with a deductive outlook, the cold everywhere, the metal containers spread throughout, and a peculiar smell in the air are all indicative of a morgue.

Elsewhere in the ship, there was the sounds of gunfire, before it ends.
The banging has stopped as well.

Nice part about charring your opponents eyes off is that they can't where you are. This'll allow Harnel to just barely dodge the hammer, but get caught in the disruption field, sending him flying. What direction was the eye swinging in?

The Medic escorts the ex-prisoners outside, where the auxiliary troops take care of them and call for ambulances. The rest of the team continues their investigation... who knows what else is hiding on this ship.

Wenomir has stopped running quite soon after K'Rax began her fall. This is bad, really bad. And now two things are flying around the giant body. One of them is probably Bast, but how is he going to do anything to it?

Bast has pieces of the Void itself being blasted from D's mouths at her. Claws that cut, fists that break, and tentacles that grab and hold reaching for her and still D hasn't opened it's eyes.
