Dave is ninja enough to be able to go quickly grab his motorcycle. When she opens the door he's driving up on it and stops in front of her.
"Hop on."
When she does, he drives off to Umbrella Corp

Kate watches in disbelief and horror as the deadtime ooze moves off. Fast little thing. She's kind of surprised that it leaves no slime or residue on her.

Anyway, she looks for the equivalent of the Nexus Wikipedia... and tries to get the hang of shifting across multiple Internets.

Woah, the word "Internets" was actually used correctly in that sentence. How weird is that?

Work on the Great GLoG Cactus Barrier continues apace!

"Hi!" The platinum girl gives an enthusiastic smile. "I'm Fettina. I was a guest here for a while." She tilts her head a little. "I was wondering if you had someone named Zanny here. Or if anyone might know him." Though he didn't exactly seem the GLoG-y type.

The newcomer might note an odd-looking doorway just within the forest. It's made of a white material that looks like stone from where he stands. The doorway itself is carved with many runes and glyphs, and it seems to be more stable than everything around it. It's also covered in vines and creepers, perhaps a decade's worth. The doorway has no door, it's just the frame, but there's no other sign of ruined structures or anything similar.

It's covered in creepers?
...oh, not that kind of creeper.

Taurus does indeed notice the doorway, and frowns, pausing and leaning on his shovel as he studies it.




Jamie, meanwhile, is likely returning from the tavern.

It's a bit far, but the vines look to mainly be ivy, but some look to have fruiting grapes on them. Resting against the base is a melon, as well. It otherwise does nothing.

So he walks over to investigate. Carefully.
Ruins in the Nexus are always bad news.

If ruins are always bad news, what does that make random lone doorways covered in ten year's worth of vines and surrounded by twenty or even thirty year's worth of tree growth?

Unfortunately, the melon is not yet quite ripe. Try again tomorrow. The grapes, however, are ready and look juicy and delicious.

"Yeah, carries a funny-looking instrument. Do you know where he hangs out, then?" Fettina asks, thinking 'dragon who isn't a dragon' describes Zanny aptly.

The grapes, however, will be harvested! With a happy humming.

"I've only seen him at Trog's once or twice ma'am. I don't know otherwise ma'am." Butler tells Fettina.

The grapes are growing on both sides of the door. Does Taurus(?) walk around the doorway or through it to reach the other side?

Taurus Lee Russkij is his name, and he does indeed step through the doorway.

Effect: Taurus Lee Ruskij should no longer be able to remember his name. Everything else about himself should be retained, just not his name. How long this peculiar state of affairs lasts is up to his player.

"Oh. You mind if I ask around some, then? I really oughta find him." The platinum girl starts to invite herself inside, presuming Butler steps aside.

"Go right ahead ma'am. Is there anything else I can get for you while you're here ma'am?" Butler asks, stepping aside.

"No, thanks. I'm sure you've got work to do." Tina says, giving Butler her regular charming smile. She briefly looks him up and down before moving further into the cabin. Perhaps looking for Quinn or one of the other older members of GLoG.

But helping people is his work! He's the butler!
"Alright ma'am. Let me know if you need anything ma'am."

Butler will step outside and let Fettina look around. Maybe he'll go for a nice walk.

There's a giant here, with a box. The giant has orange eyes, purple skin and scarlet hair, and he's short for a giant. He's wearing a blue shirt with a brand name on the breast, opposite a blank name tag, and a fur loincloth. He's looking around for people.
