The young man, who has dusky skin and sandy brown, almost salt-and-pepper hair, raises an eyebrow at the cat's actions!

But at least it's not the talking cat he was warned about...

"Well, hey there. Guess you're one of the special cats, huh? I'm Taurus." He smiles.

"Taurus Russkij."

Jixnib's tail immediately stops moving immediately and he clenches his jaw. "Fine." He says reluctantly. It's almost as if he has to listen. >.>

Trilby smiles too! Or, at least that's probably what he's doing. He's really just looking up at Taurus in a more adorable manner. i am a special kitty! im all stretchy! Trilby writes. This should be evident from his tail stretching to let him write. huh. thats hard to remember. can i just call you mister?

"No, 'Mister' is my dad." The young man chuckles. "How about you call me Lee? That's my middle name, after all."

Trilby thinks for a second, and then writes out l-e-e. is that right? im not good at spelling names.

"Yup, that's right. You're a pretty smart kitty as well as stretchy."
He chuckles, then one of the cactus starts to fall over and he has to hurry to save it!

"Wait wait wait." Sarah says suddenly, still holding her ruined sheets. "Do you still have to do what I say?" A beat. "Jump and down a couple times."

Trilby's smart? And oh noes, a cactus! Trilby will save it! He stretches his body around the cactus and... Oh, wait, cacti are pointy. Trilby jumps up and screeches! Poor kitty...

The imp bares his pointy teeth at the girl, but does jump. Exactly two times. "Yes..." He is not happy at all.

"No, don't-"

Lee sighs and shakes his head, and tries to help get the stickers out of the poor kitty.

The stickers are gotten out! Lee may notice that the tiny puncture wounds heal almost as soon as he gets the stickers out. But they are tiny, so you never know. Trilby proceeds to lick the hurty parts. cactuses are owie. :(

Trilby gets another kitty treat!
"Let me handle the cacti, alright? And I should probably talk to the people in charge here, too, I guess..."

... Trilby forgets all about his ouches when treats are given! if you want to talk to in charge people, you should talk to brinika! shes really nice, and i think shes in charge of something. id put her in charge, at least.

"Hm, I'll see about that then," he says with a smile, before deadtiming as his player prepares to head to bed.

"Oh..." Sarah flashes the imp a rather wicked smile. "Well first of all, stop being so rude." A pause. "And second, why don't you make me some food? I'm feeling hungry."

Jixnib's eye twitches and his nostrils flare. After a moment's pause, he suddenly takes off toward the main cabin.

[Murkus]

Rowan Cabin --> Main Cabin

Sarah skips after him, looking decidedly evil, with Orich trundling along behind.

[Main Cabin - Kitchen]

((*gasp* Murkus? On early? ))

Sandwich construction is underway! Bread, a crushed lump of cheese, a whole egg, cherry pie filling, a chicken wing complete with bones, mayonnaise, a few crackers, and another piece of bread. Jixnib flattens the finished construction down with a hand, throws it on a plate, and hands it off to Sarah.

"There."

[Murkus]

Main Cabin - Kitchen

((For once. ))

Sarah wrinkles her nose at the concoction, giving a frown. "Not that! That's all gross." The little girl looks at Orich. "You can have it, if you want."

Orich obliges her, reaching out his spindly arms to pluck the sandwich off the plate. The lower half of his face, and most of his neck, splits in a black maw rimmed with razor-tipped teeth. The sandwich is inserted here, and after a few violent crunches, it's completely gone.

"Make me something better!" Sarah doesn't seem sure what she wants. Though she's enjoying having a servant.

[Gullara]

[Main Cabin - Kitchen]

"Ya little runt. Ya said food, I got ya food." He mumbles and grumbles while making another sandwich. This one is just the mayo and cheese. The imp shoves it into her hands. "Happy?"

[Murkus]

Main Cabin - Kitchen

"Yes." Sarah says, biting into the sandwich and tearing off a large chunk. The little girl gives a messy smile. "Thans." She mumbles through a mouthful, then swallows. "So what do you want?"

[Gullara]

[Main Cabin - Kitchen]

"Ya know what I want? I want ta 'ave a competent master. One dat doesn't make me make food." The imp grimaces. It's downright insulting.

[Murkus]

Main Cabin - Kitchen

"Okay. Well what else can you do?" Sarah asks, holding her sandwich and looking at him with those large eyes of hers.

[Gullara]

[Main Cabin - Kitchen]

"I'm not some preforming monkey doin tricks er ya. I'm an imp. Cunnin and vile. Playin fools against each other fer my own gain. Not some servant." The imp spits on the floor. That pretty much sums up his thoughts.

[Earl of Purple]

Outside

Natalie grins back. "Pleased to meet you, Salix. It is quite a useful shape to take, too; it can climb really well. I was a latent shapeshifter, and my first transformation was triggered by a magic banana. I can't take any other shapes, though." But potentially if Natalie is polymorphed by any means then the shape she's polymorphed into may be added to her shapeshifting repetoire.

[Gullara]

[Outside]

"Cool. I can climb trees really good too. I was teaching Brinika to." Salix says. Explains why a goblin is in a tree.

[Morty]

[Outside]

Brinika nods. Yeah! It feels weird.

Reelshka is still watching the girls' antics from a distance.

"I built a treehouse not so long ago, helped by some elves. Brinika's aunt is an architect and made sure I hadn't made any glaring mistakes in the plans." Although there's still no way up unless you can climb a tree's bark and climb through the hatch. Natalie planned for a ladder, she just doesn't need one herself and forgot about it.

Incidently, I randomly generated Natalie's birthday not so long ago; it's the 30th of November.

Island

Lying on the beach is a lego minifigure depicting a woman in a bikini and swimming goggles.

Natalie's language isn't really helping Salix understand. Especially since the dryad is unfamiliar with many of the terms she uses. "A tree house?" She questions. She gets the tree part, but house?

Jamie will not approve of Sarah!


The newcomer, having finished with his load of cactus, now approaches the main cabin, looking for somebody who looks like they're in charge...
