Agronak v2 vs Galen (The Crowd Calls for Blood)

The crowd is in an uproar as the two contestants are brought into the arena and unshackled in their opposing corners. The gigantic gates behind each of them would usually close with a deafening din of metal and stone, but any sound the gates would make is drowned out by those seeking entertainment. Both of them knew to expect this, but actually experiencing it was something else entirely. As the two fighters prepare to defend their lives, Galen is the first off the blocks!

Across the arena, a garbed humanoid figure stands, although his form is hazy and indistinct. A sheathed Falchion is strapped across his back, and he holds a longbow in his hands. Links of shining mithral can just be seen beneath the various wraps and scarves that adorn his form. He holds his bow high in silent salute to Agronak, and then his form becomes a flurry of motion as he immediately knocks and fires two arrows at his foe.

A tall, muscular figure steps out into the arena. He has greyish skin, and tusks jutting out from his lower jaw. He carries a large axe. He is currently bleeding from numerous cuts.

So, you didn't answer my question about remaining health:

Anyways, I'm confused on the HP total you gave me: I should have one left if Andrianna's attacks in post 24 went through. Does she only get one? If she gets both attacks, I only have 1 HP left.

So, was she supposed to get both of her attacks, or only one?

Also, I think I screwed up on the amount of health the potion gave me. Forgot to add bonus from caster level. Since cure serious wounds is a 3rd level spell, that means I get +5 for caster level, since that is the minimum caster level required, correct?

edit: So I guess it really matters now, seeing as how if Andrianna got one attack, I survive, but if she got a full round attack, I lose.

Apologies, I missed that. She used a standard action maneuver that allowed her two attacks before passing out. Thus, both attacks in post #24 hit and left you with one hit point prior to quaffing your last potion in the fight with her. I'm away from your sheet right now, but I believe Balick's critical hit brings you to -6 HP, yes?

Sounds about right. So, I guess I'm dead. Just so you know, Agronak will make one more return.

As the arrow strikes Agronak, he crumples in on himself, and falls to the ground with a wet thump, unconscious and nearly dead.

Galen lowers his bow and sprints towards Agronak's still form. He slows down when he nears his foe, and pauses nearby for a cautious moment.

So did the crit just straight up kill Agronak? Or does Galen have to finish him off? I need to know how many rounds to deduct from my buffs (0 more if he's totally dead, or 2 more to get there and kill him).

Took him down to -6, although I suppose he'd be at -7 now. You do have to finish him off, but it shouldn't take much effort.

Seeing that his opponent is bleeding out, Galen swiftly draws an arrow from his quiver and drives it through the eye socket of the fallen gladiator, snuffing out his life.

I'm fairly certain that I can draw an arrow (free action) and use it as an improvised weapon to coup de grace Agronak. Heck, even just striking him with it will do a minimum of 7 damage.

As Galen holds up the fateful arrow, Agronak's optic nerve dances from the impaled eyeball. The crowd goes nuts, but they're not cheering anyone's name in honor. They are merely feeding their bloodlust...for now.
