In the database is what I think Trixie meant. It has to remember the posts somehow.

Sometimes when something goes wrong during the submitting process - like, the server freaks out briefly while you're posting - a post may be saved and can be read like any other post, but in the list of threads the thread is not shown to have any new replies. Because something went wrong briefly, not everything was properly updated in the database.

Usually this is fixed once another post is made, but apparently not always. I believe that was what Trixie was referring to?

I told him "Off WoW, into ponies"

and he replies back "Ponies as in race track?"

No, you mentioned second bug. The first one, which happens more often, is when forum fails to create new page for new posts (which are still visible in queue in 'reply' menu. Usually, it fails to create new page for 1 new post, but this time, it was 2, so I had to create third to force creation of page 42.

That, sadly, sort of requires access to Hub, broadcast in only one country :P

Except, you had to wait at least 2 days for HD, which weights 780 MB, which might not be a problem at a broadband, but most regulated internet access modes (like, cell phone internet) are usually regulated to 1-1.5 GB of data per month :P
