Prometheus's left arm is grabbed.. His gauntleted left arm. Not only will this make it damn hard to break his wrist, his gauntlet also happens to have several inbuilt defenses. Several thousand kilo amperes are promptly discharged into Jakob's hand, and Prometheus attempts to rake his claws across the forearm holding him, likely flaying a few of those muscles and tearing most of the chains on the arm to shreds. "I can handle this. Although, if you can neutralize these chains, it would be appreciated."

Main Room

Well seeing that he's doing no damage to Prometheus, and trying to save his remaining chains, he drops the man's arm. He clearly wasn't expecting that attack from Cyrus. The blightning strikes him directly in the middle of the forehead, doing about the same amount of damage as Prometheus' plasma gauntlet. The new laser from the fish is ignored in favor of this pain. Shockingly, the mindrape that should have followed is extremely uneffective, judging by the way he snarls and glares at Cyrus following this shot.

"Honorless wastes of flesh. Your kind has nothing but your foolish ambition to drive you. Where is your duty? Where is your family? WHERE IS YOUR GOD!?" with each question, the effects of his last bulk up increase, Ceres falls silent in the dancing fox inn. Rocid drops to the ground outside. Julie suddenly collapses on top of Stu.

Jakob now stands more than fifty feet tall, and is so grotesquely muscular that the pressure has sealed most of his wounds shut except the recent gashes in his right arm. The chains that before were biting into his flesh are now buried into deep weeping rents in his flesh that even now are sealing over behind them, leaving his skin seemingly tatooed with spiraling red lines. His eyes gleam bright and unholy as the air begins to feel dark and heavy in his presence.

"Come little World Ender, ply your trade. Let us dance the Dance of the Ancients."

He may have made a mistake completely disregarding Prometheus, but he is too enraged to care.

Cyrus grins! Not exactly the most socially correct response, but he does it.

Ah, an actual opponent! Now I can finally take the kiddie gloves off!

To the fish, he merely replies:

"Go ahead. See if you can remove the chains."

Cyrus, of all things, begins to hover off the ground! And discharges a much larger amount of Blightning, mixed with Hellfire!

Main Room

Jakob dodges, of all things, the blightning and lets the hellfire splash against his shredded right arm. Then he responds, attempting to disengage from Prometheus so he can cross the distance between them in a blink and throwing a fist the size of a dump truck at the planeswalker. The right fist. The one that's currently on fire.

"WHERE IS YOUR GOD!?"

Jakob might find a stream of steaming hot butter sauce unceremoniously sprayed at him by a hungry Clarissa wielding an oddly menacing Super Soaker.

The Hatter is beginning to slowly raise his mallet of mole whacking above his head.

Jakob should really consider leaving now. These two individuals don't like hell-raisers in their base!

[Lady Serpentine]

Karyana turns into a blood mist, and starts to flow toward Jakob, staying well away from his burning hand.

Stu is knocked down again! D=
It's by a hawt succubus! =D
The succubus has glue all over her back. D=
Stu is glued to the back of a hawt succubus. ... =D?

Probably best to wait for Zefir at this point though.

Main Room

Prometheus steps back when his arm is released, and takes advantage of Jakob looking the other way to turn up the voltage on Mjolnir, his lightning gauntlet. Lightning explodes from his palm, the gauntlet venting all of it's remaining energy to send a barrage of thunderbolt after thunderbolt at Jakob, each arc of electricity naturally drawn towards the chains on his back, and each well capable of melting metal. Lets see the soul-chains stand up to that.

Cyrus deftly dodges to the left, though he does take a glancing blow that sends him spinning through the air, as well as suffer a burn from his own Hellfire. On the other hand, Jakob touched his armor. Which means that Jakob will likely suffer another bolt of Blightning from the enchantment on the armor, and Cyrus doesn't even have to focus on it!

Still, he decides to take advantage of Prometheus' information: He attempts to shatter some of these chains. WHILE STILL UNDER THE SKIN.

Main Room

The thunderbolts are very effective, and take out links in bursts of five, causing rivulets of molten metal to start oozing out of his back. The shatter spell however, causes a single place above Jakob's left shoulder to burst open in a shower of gore and shrapnel.

He takes the blightning with somewhat less success than the first, and it sends his arm into spasms. Then he reaches out at the planeswalker with his unharmed left arm and attempts to grab and crush his tiny little head.

Also, with regards to the butter sauce, Jakob is indifferent. Back at the couch, Julie mumbles in her sleep, "Hun, why are we always getting into sticky situations together..."

The Karyana-mist tries to flow up Jakob, hopefully getting to his mouth or nose.

Gordon sighs, this fighting is going on a bit. Turning to the Operative, he lowers his head.

"Shall we step out, and talk? Things are getting a bit out of hand here."

[Devixer]

[Main Room]

The Operative nods. "Agreed. Are there any places in this facility slightly less chaotic, or am I being foolishly optimistic?"

Cyrus tries to move, but Jakob manages to nab a bit of his hair! Oh no!

Cyrus proceeds to launch another shattering evocation at Jakob's very exposed other arm, however. Let's see how useless he can make those chains!

[Lord Magtok]

"Dude, the tv getting broken has been a running joke for threads now. Where have you been?" Moff asks, giving Magtok the perfect opportunity to tell all his buddies at AMEN about his new place with all the shiny breakable stuff.

"I've been out actually accomplishing things," Magtok says whilst rolling his eyes, taking the bait without even a moment's hesitation. "Y'know, like maybe building up an entire casino from scratch? It's open now, by the way. And awesome. Everyone should go there and give me their money."

Not even trying to be subtle about it, are we Magtok?

The battle rages, the dieing slowly cry for death's blade.


Eyes start opening on the walls, mouths showing up on the walls, floor, ceiling. Some grinning, some just saying griborus, and others quietly whispering old/or dark secrets.

Hehhemmmm sooooo whooo wants some cheese. Oh no, Pink you can't die yet, you haven't tasted the back of the orange yet.

The assorted holes and breaks in the walls start pulling themselfs back together.

Still I would like it for people to stop poking holes in this form.

D's awake and still insane. But when hasn't it been.

Hoo boy, let's see. The Karyana mist succeeds in going down his throat, but will find his esophagus ends about six inches back from his mouth. It turns out when he was making this form, Jakob may have forgotten to put in internal organs. The shatter spell tags him, blowing another link out through his right elbow, sending the still twitching right arm into shattered uselessness, although he doesn't seem to notice. And finally, his massive bulk shrinks a bit as...

(Julie)

Julie wakes up! She wriggles about to get a better look at Magtok, "Hunny, did I just hear you say you had a casino? Any chance you're hiring? I make a great exotic dancer."

(Jakob)

The slightly less massive man holds Cyrus up by his hair and growls, "Your comrade has done you wrong, and yet still you fight by his side. Why is this?"

[Lady Serpentine]

[Inside Jakob]

The mist turns extremely acidic. It can now eat through a half inch steel plate in around a minute.

[Front Entrance]

"Why the hell are we even doing this?"
"Because this is the 'evil' organization. We ping as evil, remember?"
"But they're a bunch of blithering morons who kill each other all the time."
"With cheese no less."
"Yeah! With cheese! This is going to be a huge waste of time."
"Look, you two heard the same thing I did. They aren't nearly as dumb as they used to be. They're an actual threat in some capacity now. That means they might actually be useful. No doubt they're busy planning some sort of cunning and nefarious scheme at this very moment."

And with that Maph'tey opens the door!

And finds a bunch of AMENites busy trying to murder each other.

"Got to be kidding..." the apparently normal human mutters as he executes a daring double-face palm.

The Operative nods. "Agreed. Are there any places in this facility slightly less chaotic, or am I being foolishly optimistic?"

"My office should be fine. This way."

Gordon turns back to his human form and heads out a hallway, then waits for the Operative.

[Main Room -> Gordon's Office]

The Operative notices all the crazy things that D's doing. "Well, there's my answer." He follows Gordon down the hallway.

Main Room

And once more, Jakob turns his back to Prometheus. Bad choice. Drawing Strength, Prometheus rushes forward and attempts to jam the diamond spear into Jakob's left shoulder, aiming, with perfect accuracy, for the bone. Strength is literally an apocalyptic weapon, part of a collection of artifacts capable of ending the world, and is both impossibly sharp and nigh indestructible.

In the corner of the room, the four mages, all but forgotten in the chaos, chant away, weaving a spell to boost Prometheus's already ridiculous strength, doubling and tripling it for a fraction of a minute, a sparse few seconds.

Yeah. Jakob is probably going to lose the arm. "Weren't you just complaining we had no honor? Well, we do. Of a sort. And we do not let thugs like yourself kill others of our organization."

And with that, Gordon makes his way to his office.

Meanwhile, at the Front Entrance of Injustice...

Rogar, seeing how the members and nonmembers are busy, comes over to the door.

"Can I help you?"

[Gordon's Office]

As soon as the two enter the office, the Operative makes sure the door (or equivalent of a door) is closed. "I trust you had questions for my subordinates."

Main Room

Jakob's shoulder is pierced, a spray of bone and sinew heralding the spear out of the other side. His arm lowers, setting Cyrus on the ground, but not losing his grip.

His expression softens, though he still does not turn back to his assailant,You misunderstand me friend. From where I came, his ilk has scoured free the countryside. They live their lives apart these Gatewalkers, beholden to no one. I have met none that would do as he has done, and commit such dishonor to save a friend. So I ask you, Gatewalker, World Ender, is what he says true? Would you truly fight for these men, over your ambition?" As he speaks, pinholes are becoming visible around his chest, and through them links of chain are falling, melting even as they reach the ground.

Gordon's Office

Gordon walks over to his desk, the wall of lava behind it glowing softly.

"I did, but that brain thing gave me a bit of information about your organization. However, it seems my follow members could not restrain them without too much violence."

[Devixer]

[Gordon's Office]

The Operative looks at the wall of lava, then at Gordon. "I am aware of the ethereal being's attempt at espionage." He considers asking for the information that the Fiske got, but decides against it, for now. "So it would seem. I had rather hoped to come here to pick up and interrogate three people, not one person and two corpses."

[ThePhantom]

Gordon's Office

"I am sorry about that. I should have taken more of an interesting in how they were being hold, but my members insisted that they do it.

It is not wise to deny their wishes much. The amount of control I have over varies, so to keep things flowing, I sometime must allow them to do what they wish."

Main Room

Oh, here's Cyrus' chance to touchingly support AMEN over his own ambitions.

...Wait.

"Hell no. I attacked you because you were attacking one of the very few people here that I can hold a conversation with without wanting to claw my own eyes out from the sheer stupidity."

Cyrus attempts to grip Jakob's enormous hand with his own two hands. He's still wearing his armor, and it includes gauntlets. You can see where this is going.

Blightning is very fun, isn't it?

[Gordon's Office]

"Their status matters little to me anymore. If anything, it is now clear to me that my hiring standards need to be heightened a little." The Operative continues his staring. "I can see that we have two vastly different styles of leadership." He waves a hand in dismissal. "In any case, you and I have terms to discuss. I want the bodies and souls of the dead, and the living prisoner released."
