It is inevitable, of course, that persons of epicurean refinement will in the course of eternity engage in dealings with those of... unsavory character. Record well any transactions made, and repay all favors promptly.. (Thanks to Gnomish Wanderer for the Toreador avatar! )

Re: Bards matter.
Nah, man, EQ bards have been so much more awesome than that since PoP. His buddies have ~+140% haste (I am assuming items on them), huge atk bonuses, straight up bonus damage on attacks, bonus triple attack chance, bonus flurry chance, bonus nuke damage, bonus DD procs, and probably a few other effects I've forgotten. And they regen mana faster. Assuming he's max level, anyway. (Yes, just about any bard at the level cap can do all that and more, constantly.)
Anyway, I don't think he's an EQ bard because he's not juggling instruments while playing them. Probably a LotR bard.

I work very irregular hours and usually very long ones at that. If I do not respond to something in a timely manner pester me in an OOC thread. If something big is happening in the Middle East I will probably be busy for a few days because I am the idiot wearing kevlar and interviewing people on the fronts.
Do you like MTG? Do you like Gitp? We have a Discord server for like minded players.

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode V: The Demotivator Strikes Back
Sadly, I do not recall where I got the picture. I remember I found it after almost an hour of trawling through similar pictures looking for a new background, and saving that one even though it was nowhere near big enough.

Keychain of Creation, a webcomic based on the Exalted RPG. It is currently on indefinite hiatus due to the author getting tendonitis.

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode V: The Demotivator Strikes Back
Yes, it is from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and it is indeed Zuko vs. Azula. And no, it is not where Blue and Orange Morality comes from, nor is it an example of such.
Also, you seem to have duplicated your last post, please delete it if you can.

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode V: The Demotivator Strikes Back
Oh, no, I'm aware of the way "blue and orange morality" works and that zuko's switched sides by the finale, I was just asking because I didn't know the origin (or if there was one) and this one happened to have blue and orange crashing into each other while speculating about good and evil. since I couldn't see the characters and thus the animation style, avatar was just my first guess.
oops, I didn't mean to do that. I must've clicked submit twice. fixed. sorry about that, thanks for the heads up!
I don't wanna post without a poster:

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode V: The Demotivator Strikes Back
Well, I'm no spell-jockey, truth be told, so I just went with the first thing to come to my head. Only character I've ever used that had any spells was a Zen Archer/Inquisitor in a recent Pathfinder game. We called him the Holy Sniper.
[Singing to the tune of "Holy Diver"] Holy Sniper, you've been down too long in the abyssal Planes. Shoot those demons down in flames! Ride the tiger! You detect his alignment so you know he's clean. Oh, don't you see what I mean?[/Singing]

Re: D&D Demotivators Episode V: The Demotivator Strikes Back
Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with what anime the pic is from, but there are spells like that in the game. programmed amnesia and mindrape spring to mind, as does the mindbender's "eternal charm" and "thrall" abilities.
that is so cute! I especially like the durian. I could see an awakened durian being the BBEG in the mouse campaign
