Yeah - if anyone can correctly name every character standing in line outside the massage parlor in that panel, I'll send them a personalized Marvin the Mage cartoon. There's at least one person in that line that will be hard to name unless you a.) are a true old school gamer/D&D historian, or b.) happen to know which TSR alum's campaign I currently play in *evil grin*

Bilbo and Gandalf? Or Frodo and Elminster? I would have guessed Gary Gygax, but both Gary and Dave Arneson have both since passed away.
Tom Wham looks the closest, so that is my final guess. And if it IS Tom Wham, tell him to rerelease Snit's Revenge! (I already have Awful Green Things From Outerspace!)

That's not Tom Wham, but if you like his games you should definitely track down a copy of his new one, Feudality. I got spanked at it playing in demos at Gary Con - it's got a great game mechanic and Tom Wham art... what more could you want?
