You mean the Brain Drain miracle that Casper used on Dalton? The card clearly had a psychosophy glyph on it, and the effects are mental in nature.

As for the other killings, I assume they tie into the Kings somehow.

I mean there was a special page which listed and described the different miracle catagories. Was psychosophy listed?

The existence of Pyschosophy was mentioned in the 'kinds of thaumaturgy' omake page for Chapter 1. The fact that somebody is going around murdering people with it is new, tho; we haven't been introduced to a Psychosopher character yet. At least, not that we know about.

I like it in that the police characters are actually acting like police should. They recognize that Nomen clearly has the means to pull this stuff off and could very well be their killer (no motive or opportunity that they know of though) but the suspicion is apparently well-founded.

Yup! A good cop knows, that everyone is guilty of something - you just need to find out, what it is.

The cop doesn't have to find out what someone is guilty of. That's the job of the judge or detective. The cop just needs to know that the streets will be safer once everybody is behind bars.

I wish you were right, but I fear you might not.

As for the outstanding outfit, I don't think anyone except the police knows him and even they had to check their wanted list. Besides, I haven't seen anyone patroling the streats in Vagas.
