Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I'm pretty sure Nords have 100% resistance to frost. It's lightning that they only resist 50%. I'm going off of Morrowind here, so forgive me if they've changed it in Skyrim.

Skyrim, they resist 50% frost and have no resistance to lightning. They have a shout that fears enemies, too.

Still, if you take any of the real-world groups who live in frozen places like Skyrim and then halve the amount of discomfort they feel in the cold weather, you get someone who may as well be immune even if they aren't quite.

The Frostfall mod for Skyrim - which adds cold weather effects like hypothermia - actually gives Nords a higher resistance to them. To the point where I actually have trouble playing non-Nords with that mod on.

It fears, as in applies the fear condition, to enemies. Such as if an object conditions the enemies, it adds conditioner to their hair (and thus must be feared). Smartass. :P

Clothes not too simple, but also not overly fantastical and overdone, showing some skin, but not too skimpy (something like this maybe?). Dark skin, attractive, but not over-sexualized, if possible. Depicted at least from the waist up, I don't like "Face-only" pictures.
Mechanically she's an aasimar Heavens Oracle (Deaf) with great Charisma and Wisdom, decent other stats (only Strength is low) and NG alignment. From Mulhorand, if that's useful for anything.

Hair color on an unshaved Mulan ranges from black to dark brown. The lower classes of Thay, Mulhorand, and Unther often have significant Rashemi or Turami blook, leading to darker complexions."

I guess mixed with Rashemi (for the darker complexion). Definitely not shaved. Don't have any weapon in mind, she's more of a caster.

He isn't a furry, per say, but rather looks human except for having wolf ears atop his head rather than human ears on the sides. The hair color isn't really an issue, as I can change it via GIMP later. So just a handsome fella with either short or medium length hair and wolf ears. Thanks playground!

How silly of me, I should have included those sort of details. Please forgive me. Ahem...

Wolfgang was born to noble parents, and refuses to dress as a commoner. He normally isn't adorned with all manner of jewelry, he prefers well tailored clothing consisting of straight leg pants, a vest, and a dress shirt (or poet's shirt). The class that best describes him would be the Magus from the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. He wields a one handed sword in one hand and powerful spells in his other. The sword, an intelligent weapon, changes its shape and function as it sees fit. Any one handed blade would do, though the favorites are a rune etched longsword, a terrible serrated bastard sword, or a elegantly curved scimitar. His combat style can switch from spellcaster, to trained warrior, to the magus dual melee-magic style. If you cannot find him with the wolf ears, that is fine. He has been known to disguise himself as human with illusion magic.
