Those in the picture *are* mine, and I too have virtually all of the others. There's just slightly too many to fit into one Deck, but I haven't yet reached the point where I've been banned from using it. My Eldrazi Tribal, on the other hand....

One more, to follow a theme and to pay some of the back taxes I probably owe:

For the uninitiated a silver tribal EDH is what exactly? A deck of stupidly powerful themed cards which is banned by a gentleman's agreement, or a deck of really rare and valuable cards which are poor taste to show off because it's bragging?

Slivers are a particularly nasty type of creature. Just about every single one gives an ability to ALL other Slivers. Things like "All Slivers gain Flying" or "All Slivers gain First Strike" or "All Slivers gain +2/+2". And these stack. At first, they aren't that bad, but once you get a few out, their power starts increasing by quite a bit. Also, they are a bit on the rare side, especially the Queen, Overlord, and Legion.

Yeah, at the moment I've got two decks worth of Slivers, and my friends have banned me from playing them. It's a real shame though…

Apologies if that came off as a little obtuse. Spoiled, for the non-Magic players who don't care about it....

    Spoiler
    Show
"EDH" stands for "Elder Dragon Highlander". It's a variant of the game where you're only allowed one of each card in your deck (normally, you can have up to 4 with a few exceptions) so 'normal' decks suddenly find themselves a lot more unreliable and more restricted in what they can do.

"Tribal" means it's a deck where all of the creatures and spells within are of the same type, or "race" - in this case, hive-minded snake-things called Slivers. Traditionally, Tribal decks work very well because the cards all tend to support one another more efficiently.

Slivers are famously powerful because their common rule is whatever one card can do (let's say it has an ability that makes it hit harder, or take more damage before dying, or any number of other things) it gives the same ability to all other Slivers. Every time you play a Sliver creature, your entire army gets more powerful.

The three cards in the picture - Sliver Queen, Sliver Overlord and Sliver Legion - are the three most rare, most valuable (in terms of cash money as well as to use in a game) and generally most powerful cards available to an already very strong, very efficient Tribe in a format where they are particularly efficient. Less powerful decks have been banned from Tournaments, let alone in casual play - it's not meant to be bragging, more an acknowledgement that people are going to roll their eyes and throw dice at you for playing with it!

Just judging by the card I can fully I I'd have to say the answer is "both". (But the power seems somewhat offset by the fairly mixed lands you need to put them into play.)
