You gain two gold at the start of all your turns, unless something is affecting your gold gains, like an economy card or Hired Mercenaries.

Edit: Vesth, in an effort to save time, when it becomes someone's turn you should just have them auto-draw. I can't see anyone going "No, I want less options! Give me the card later!"
