It's not like she'd have many projectile attacks either, give or take a weather related special perhaps, so to do any harm she'd have to come within reach anyway, giving you plenty of time to knock her our of the air.

Characters seem to have attacks that are geared to hit enemies at the peaks of their jumps. If fliers hover at that level and move horizontally, it would probably work fine.

Wing but had flight in the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles fighting game for the SNES. though in retrospect I never did find that game to be fair, at least wingnut was one of the weakest characters. Not like that darn mechashredder.

In other news I started playing X-Com UFO defense and after a few false starts as I learned what to do I'll finally begun. Naturally every squad member is named after a pony.

I'll have to try X-Com again. My first tries were pretty miserable. Anyone got any-

Protip- Buy a tank, and bring it with you on every mission. They can be very useful for scouting and drawing enemy fire.

Protip, re-arrange your base so that there is only one entrance area, (hangars can be used to enter) it will save your life during raids.
