DnD and rolepaying mostly :) just gotta love it, becoming more and more into it and currently im playing dnd each thursday so thats fun :) that and going out on saturdays are usually the highlights of the week hehe ^^

But yeah seems like a friendly forum, im used to norwegian forums where flaming is a part of the lifestyle , so im glad everytime i come to a forum taht doesnt have a lot of that :)

This forum isn't 100% flame-proof, but it's a pretty family-safe place to go. Plus the support here is pretty good if you need help with RP advice, build mechanics, and DM tools.

You'll see me mostly on the PbP (Play-By-Post) forum, and FFRP forums and Silly Message Board Games. If you like D&D, you've definitely come to the right place. This place has a huge 3.5 fan-base, a respectable 4E fan-base and even a pretty big 3e or earlier fan-base. I hope to see you around!

Hi, everybody! I recently started to read the strip, and have found it absolutely hilarious. It has also helped to rekindle my old love of D&D, so I figured I'd check out the forums. Looked like a pretty friendly bunch, so I signed up.

A couple of things I'd like to say right off. The use of identifying a character to weed out spambots is brilliant - well done to whoever decided on that. And the little smilies over there are great. It is really cool to see the message board tie in so well to the strip.

So, hi! I'm Deffers. My interest was piqued by a thread about railroading, so even though I've been reading the comic and these forums for years now, it's just now that I've made an account.

I've never played a full session of any tabletop game to completion. Some day I hope to correct that!

I HAVE, however, done a bit of a 3.5 one-shot where my bard was equipped with a modified item from a Munchkin card game deck.

And I STILL managed to utterly surprise the DM with my actions (hint: the druid's eagle companion makes a great spotter for hurling Molotov Cocktails and making your bard not-useless).

Well this is odd, i've been reading here for the last two and a horse years, but never felt the need to register, nevertheless :

I'm Nol, and my favourite thing in life is screwing things up and rebuilding them to fit my liking, I'll be the kind of poster who stays silent for a long while, then suddently blurps three posts, and feels sad when nobody answered him in the next 5 minutes, wash, rince, repeat.

I'll also very rarely comment on someone elses's work since my D&D world was built around my universe, and therefore, my homebrewing rules

After reading this board for years, I finally registered.
I'm mostly here because of the D&D 3.5-topics, though OotS might have something to do with it, too.

Since this is supposed to be an introduction, here some random fact: All my D&D-chars are in various ways related to a changeling beguiler who (when talking to friends) usually goes by either "Bakeru" or "Anon". Also, I never play gnomes, but all my chars have a (usually friendly) history with them.
That didn't really say anything about me, but who cares.
