On the subject of writing, don't let anybody ever tell you the laptop has made pen and paper obsolete. There is one inherent advantage that the trusty notebook will always have over the best of Google Docs: You can't open a new tab when you start feeling distracted.

Now I just have to move it over to Docs, spruce it up a bit, and Chapter three should be set. Many huzzahs!

In case you're confused about the answers I left blank... I did use iTunes, once, when they were offering the first episode(s) of Legend of Korra for free. But I've never paid for anything on there or even particularly tried to find out whether they have anything. Though they are a better source for the Secret World of Arrietty music than Amazon is...

There's a third fic out there. You won't find any of the mane six dying from changeling venom out here; nope, they just carried the idea to the logical extreme: kill Spike.

Fortunately for your desk - and mine - that was one of the ones I was talking about the other day (indeed it WAS one of the two with Changeling venom that got me so riled...) What disturbs me a bit is that is still on the FiM feature box, despite there being muuuuuch better things released since (the latest chapter of Inscape, for one), and which is longer than most of the "somepony apart from Spike dies" stories... *eyeglow roll* Like I said, classy...

It is for me. I always find that if I don't right directly to computer, it never gets copied up. I've got monster entries for Dreemaenhyll that have sat in paper form for years. Now when we're away and I want to write anything, I ensure I pinch one of my parent's laptops so as not to waste the effort.

(Of course, most of my writing is either world-building or quest writing - and in both cases I like to have the net handy for research/reference.)

Paper is now only used for CAD design scribbles and notes and things; everything concrete I do now is digital.

Discord is free to drop the malicious trickster act (which he cribbed from his own, pre-imprisonment self and turned up to 11), and leaves equestria to take up a quiet life of only occaisional metaphysical sillyness in a land outside of Pony control. He walks away in disguise, to slightly familiar sad walking away music. (But finally free).

I'd be with all the way up to those the last two sentences, which I would substitute with "Discord is free to drop the malicious trickster act (which he toned down from his usual malveolence), while he regains his full strength, ready to make a new attempt to retake Equestria with his full power and not need to hold back this time."

Mostly because I don't see him as even remotely harmless or benign.
